PULSE :BLS/ CPR and First Aid training

Pulse education centre is one of the best places to training, the instructor is very knowledgeable and very professional. Treats everyone with respect. Vincy will listen to your questions and concern as well. Every year I go to her for my BLS/CPR renewals.

Vincy, who is our instructor was very informative, amazing and friendly. She demonstrated all skills and made sure all of us were comfortable and proficient with the knowledge being thought. Any questions that you had were answered in a way that was easy to understand. I will surely come back to renew my certificate every year. I highly recommend to all. I have been coming to Vincy now for a few years to get my CPR renewed every year as a nurse. She is excellent, great teacher, friendly and easy to learn from. I am definitely going to see her every year. I am very satisfied with the class every year.

I forgot to renew before my clinical placement and I was worried that I won't be able to find a CPR/BLS course right away. But I am glad I found Vincy and I am glad that she offers BLS renewal after works hours which works better for me! It is my first time taking her course and She is very friendly, approachable and made me feel comfortable all throughout the course. Vincy does an incredible job of tailoring to your hands on experiences within your workplace and home. With additional helpful information to keep you up to date and prepared. She also takes time to mention the sanitation that goes into the workplace and mannequin to ensure you feel safe during the whole experience. I will continue to book with her for all my renewals, thank you again!

I’ve been going to Vincy for 2 summers in a row now. The course is very quick and easy to follow along to. Vincy is very intelligent and exceptional at what she does. I definitely recommend her, I will be coming back!

Excellent and comfortable learning environment. Vincy is a great communicator and teacher. I found the learning to be very professional yet very evenly paced and stress free.

I had the BLS course twice with Vincy. She is thorough and explains things very well.
She is very well equipped.
Besides the timing is very flexible. She lives in the south side which is a convenient to reach her.
Her yearly reminders helped me to be on top of my BLS renewal.
