Front desk staff were friendly & efficient. My technician was nice, positive & efficient. Great experience!

PulseAir front staff were kind and courteous upon arrival. The waiting area appeared clean and professional. The ECG technician was knowledgeable in her job position and described what she was doing and how to operate the take home equipment. Although I had to travel across the city to attend my appointment I would recommend the professionalism PulseAir demonstrated.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, and on time. However, there is a severe lack of disabled parking, which will make this location difficult to access.

I've had nothing but good experiences and interactions with the staff here.
I was helped by Heather in reception. Her, as well as the other receptionists, were very professional, welcoming, and efficient.
Olivia did an ultrasound for me today. She was very kind and patient. Her demeanor created a very calm atmosphere.
Calvin did my stress test. He has a great, friendly personality and helped me feel less anxious by having a light-hearted conversation during the test.
Dr. Das went over my tests with me. He was very understanding, kind, and articulate. He helped me come up with a good game plan for my health and put my mind at ease.

I went for a lung function test. The front staff were a bit robotic, but I don't blame them. Lots of people come through the door. They were still friendly.

The technician I had was amazing! Super funny and definitely made my day!

I return tomorrow to see the doctor.

My family doctor said that due to my age, it was time for a stress test. Of course, being a bit OCD I researched Bruce Protocol testing before the procedure. I also had a fair number of questions for both the tech (Calvin) and cardiologist (Doctor Lamb). Calvin put my mind at ease and his calm demeanor is helpful here because these tests can come with a bit of apprehension. He answered all of my questions and made the experience far less stressful than I thought it would be. Dr. Lamb addressed all of my concerns, and explained how the "PVCs" I was feeling were common, and natural, and not a sign of a problem. (Big relief there!) He also recommended medication changes and of course offered support for good lifestyle choices. I am really impressed with both Dr. Lam and Calvin and am pleased that they were the ones who could give me the good news and put my mind at ease. Now I can work out again with confidence. (And wow. I'm am SO getting a treadmill. No need to be outside getting cardio when it's -30!).

All the staff have been friendly and helpful, every time I have been there for all my heart related things. I would go back to this location every time, because it has been a good experience each time.

Been at Pulse for 7 years with 2 CPAPs and several masks. Jennifer, RTA, has helped me most recently. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional & answers my numerous questions! Fit me up with most recent mask which is superior to old one. Highly endorse Jennifer to her employer & recommend to patients. Keep up the good work!

While waiting for my turn in the examination room, I witnessed, what I like to refer to as, perfection.

I had no idea that I will have such a great experience from here. Kacie at reception was such a wonderful young lady who made me feel so happy with her all the help and warm welcoming. Dr Das was an excellent person and the gentleman who was with me all through was a great friendly person.

Unorganized. Stopped to confirm my appointment and was adamantly told I had the wrong date and that it was actually 3 weeks earlier than the date I had saved. Called on the new date to double check the appointment time and they told me I had no appointment that day and that my appointment wasn’t until the original date 3 weeks later. They did not apologize for the miscommunication.

I was in right on time, and everything went smoothly and I was out in 30 minutes. Very positive experience.

I'm Nellie, a senior, I am very impressed with Pulse Air services for the following reasons. Their front line staff, Heather, Kacie and others, Swapna, their managers, doctors, technicians (One of their many caring skilled technicians is Christian) are providing superb service to all their incoming patients. They are not allowing any room for error, I found them to be knowledgeable, caring, professional and walking extra miles daily. The clinic is very clean and well organized. I suffered greatly with Long Covid for 20 months with zero help from any of the Dr's I saw. Dr. Lamb prescribed me Ivabradine for Tachycardia and within a day I felt almost back to my normal self. So grateful, Thank you Dr. Lamb
