PUMA

I had a wonderful experience a couple weeks ago coming into Puma. I was greeted immediately by a energetic friendly girl named Alex. She knew I was in a hurry that day and put her complete attention on finding my perfect fit. What blew me away was how she was able to spend time with me AND continue to check in with other customers to make sure they had anything they needed. I felt taken care of despite how busy the store was that day. I highly recommend coming to this Puma and I will never forget Alex with her very cool firey orange hair!

Highly disappointed with my experience at this location. Young lady with orange hair looked directly at me and my husband but refused to acknowledge us when we came in, and almost pretended as if we weren't there. I was anticipating help as I needed a specific shoe for my son but the staff were careless and minding their own business. I will not be shopping here again.

Went in for a last min shopping, didn't know the store is going to closed up in 5min. I quickly went in talk to the associate explain that im a Barber, i need something that i can be confirtable walk in all day without hurting my toe; he understand my need and kindly suggest me a type of the shoe that will suit my need and for daily working basis and it was nice a choice at the end ; and matter of fact i bought two pairs instead. I have never bought two pairs of shoe in one day within 5min. I would say the sales associate really know about the puma shoes intensivly. Love it.
Will come back for sure.

This is what on my Brothers favorite stores however it does not have everything the puma brand has to offer.

I honestly don't like any of the shoe styles PUMA makes, but i will not just give the store a bad review for that. The staff are polite, there is usually a nice sale going on, and the shoe quality is pretty good for the price. If you like PUMA shoes, apparel, and such, swing by and you should find something you might like for a good price.
