They probably don’t need any more 5-star reviews, as you are well known as the best spray machine shop in Calgary, but it felt wrong not leaving a review. This shop has been nothing but incredible to my company for the last few years. From the customer service that Dave provides, to the expertise and kindness of Randy, the experience from start to finish is nothing less than incredible every time. Thank you guys for everything you do. When a spray machine goes down the only upside is that I get to experience the amazing operations of Pumpworks. Thanks again.

The team at Pumpworks are the definition of how you run a successful business. From initial conversations on purchasing a new paint spraying system to suggestions on upgrades all the way to post purchase support. Very knowledgeable owners and staff. Took my sprayer in to be repaired, they had it fixed in short time and had all the spray tips I needed in stock.

These guys were great. Not only did they go into detail about my paint machine. But they gave me great tips for the longevity of my machine and some general maintenance I should be doing. Such honest people. You guys have my business forever. Great service. Fair pricing.

Overall I would rate this place as mediocre at best. The guy in the front office is slow and unprofessional and was unable to follow simple instructions.

They did use some genuine Graco parts on my machine and they did get it done in the time frame I was initially told. So that is nice.

They are completely carried away with covid protocol. You must call them to unlock the door and let you in.but once inside, the people that work there do not even wear mask.

This is 2020. As a brick and mortar store they need to offer top service and top quality work to survive. Anyone can fix anything with instruction videos on YouTube and parts online. I am all for supporting local small businesses and I run one myself but I dont think I would be recommending this shop to other contractors.

Had a lot of trouble getting the sprayer i wanted from other sources. The Grayco Rep directed me here, and gave high praise for Pumpworks as a company he worked with a lot and respected. They did not disappoint. Ryan was a pro, helped me get what i needed and was a pleasure to work with.

One of the worst company in town.they would charge you in advanced, open up your machine, and if you disagree with their repair estimate, they would give you back your unit in open pieces.

I used their services twice and end it up throwing my expensive painting machines both times.terrible experience with this company.not recommending it at all.

Fast efficient service. Fixed my Graco/DeWalt handheld sprayer quickly and at a price that didn't break the bank. They came recommended and I will definitely recommend them if anyone needs their sprayer serviced.

This place is a total rip-off tells you one price and when you go they charging a different price no go Zone for me it was the last time ever even though if I don't find any other place in the whole world I will not go there Everett

Best place in town to service your sprayers. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Complete rebuilds or yearly servicing, Randy Nault does it all. Sherry Nault looks after the front of the house and is very customer friendly and knowledgeable.
