I have been going to Punjab jewellers for last 25 years for all my gold needs. Madhu and Amit are very welcoming and pleasant to shop with. They always have new collections coming, so I have many options to choose from. Just one stop shop!

Had taken my wedding ring for re-sizing. My ring had my husband’s name engraved in, with a specific font that had cost me quite a bit to get done.
While dropping off my ring for the re-sizing, I had specifically mentioned that I did NOT want to get it re-sized if the engraving would be affected.
The man at the counter said that he would check with the person that does the re-sizing, and would call me if that was the case PRIOR to re-sizing it.
Cut to 4 weeks later (which FYI was way later than discussed - having to call them multiple times and being told that it was not yet ready,) we go to pick up the ring, and there it NO engraving at all. They had also never called or spoken to me about it PRIOR to re-sizing it.
I was extremely upset but kept my calm and told the lady (I’m guessing the owner) that I had discussed this specific detail before and was assured that it would not be affected.
She basically just brushes it off and says that they can get it engraved again.
I show her the font and agree, since I required the ring urgently and had already overpaid for a service that was being outsourced to someone else.
A week later I go back to pick it up and the font is COMPLETELY different.
Steer clear if you want good service and not false assurance without delays.

My family has been coming to Punjab Jewellers for a long time now. Amit and his mom are super professional and very knowledgeable. The service has been amazing and the products have been awesome. We will always be getting our gold here. Highly recommend this place in YEG.

Had a wonderful experience at Punjab Jewllers with my wife. She loved the selection and the prices were very reasonable. We learned this is a family run business, and they really maintain a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Definitely give this place a chance. It is such a wonderful experience.
