Extremely unhygienic place. Their food is always stale and half-cooked. You can taste the turmeric and cream in all the gravies. It is half-cooked always. Their staff needs some basic training in customer service, customer appreciation and basic hygiene practices that are pertinent to food safety. What is the point of the dine in area if it has to be kept locked at all times and the staff push towards take out only. The gulab jamuns were stale and hard. They tasted sour and when I told the staff about it, she was like " aj hi banaye ne ". I am sure that the owner never reads the reviews or takes any feedback from his customers.

One of the best tasting veggie samosas, in my opinion. Very friendly and accommodating servers. Didn't called them sweets for nothing. I enjoyed it. Thank you.

I am not happy with their service. I ask for mild pepper. They place three chill pepper in my meal. I have ordered roti three times now and they have cheated me on the amount I ordered. I will not be buying from you again.

No management’s today is the third time m waiting at the counter for 20 mints and after that the lady came out and say we are close and m telling her m waiting from 20 mints and now 9: 40 and closing time 10: 00

I had Brunch here at Redstone location. I got no difference between this and home style (Punjab) food. I was with my friend and we both loved the food and service provided. I suggest everyone to visit here. I can't explain my feelings because I am fully filled with tastiest food.

Ordered papri chaat and pani puri last week. Both were made perfectly and reminded everyone of authentic Indian street food. Well prepared and nicely seasoned. Generous portions and pick-up is effortless and fast. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Very bad food and worst customer service. The full food straight went to the garbage. The lady refused to return money. Insisted on exchanging it with other food. I want to give 0 star u fortunately no option for that. Zero consideration for customer. Never going to them again.

Good food, but prices are crazy. $5 for a gobi parantha? It was $3 last year which is already too high. No thanks.

Their ‘black Gulab-jamuns only’ are delicious but all their veg and non veg courses taste like the same…seems like they use the same curry masala for all the courses.

Purchased Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan and Til Ladoos today. Found Hairs in Til Ladoo (Picture attached). Butter chicken was tasteless. Totally spoiled my Dinner. Wish I could gave 0 Star.

Had lunch at their Redstone branch. Ordered the vegetarian thali $12.99. It came with a portion of shahi paneer, daal, rice, one tawa roti and raita, and fish pakora $7.99 per plate comes with about 7- 8 pieces of pakoras. The food was excellent, but I wish the food area was better. I would recommend ordering takeout instead of dine-in.
Don’t forget the mithais.

One of the worst customer service I’ve received in Calgary. They gave me twice of order that I placed by their OWN mistake then they were so rude by saying we cannot take it back you have to pay for it.they were like they can’t do anything about it just throw it if u don’t need it…I literally can’t believe it.won’t recommend this place to anyone

I love take-out from here. The butter chicken in creamy, the mango chicken was so tasty. I love the samosas and pakora. The sweet girl behind the counter offered me some of the sweets, as I said I had never tried them. They are so delicious and fresh! Thank you so much. I'll be back!

Bought sweets today and I would say it doesn’t taste good at all. I can literally taste the oil they used. I will not buy as they have lost the quality.

Desi ghee brfi was the best sweet i have ever eaten.samosa was really good and i loved the chutney.gentlemen at the front-his service was 10/10.keep it up

Just ordered kadhi pakoda, paneer and daal through skip the dishes, everything was perfectly cooked and tasty and delicious.

Delivery driver was also good than other drivers.

I went to punjabi chulha today and had great food there. There customer service is top-notch. The owner's were so welcoming and the staff was really good at their service. I'll recommend everyone to visit punjabi chulha. Thankyou for the wonderful experience.

Worst customer service experience. Chick with alot of one word answers.with no care for the customer.
Also it was 9 30 pm when I got in and the cashier said their closed.but online it says 10 pm. So disrespectful.

Owner was quick to apologize and was very friendly.

Very rude behaviour and they said directly NO to everything. They don’t have proper training for serving and customer service.

I was at the restaurant at 9: 28, standing across from it in the parking lot, the sign outside said it was still open however, I called to place a quick small order and they told me the place is closed even though the sign that says open was clearly lit up. Straight lied to me.

Really! You just spoil our dinner. How come your menu said goat vindallo and served lamb meat instead of goat. Not recommend this place. You can see the fat layer on the meat.

I tried their samosa’s twice, didn’t like it both times. Today I decided to try Paneer fritters, paneer stuffing was literally stale and the whole family didn’t like it at all. I don’t know if the whole stuff was stale or they have used the stale paneer only, overall it was a bad experience.

I tried milk cake and gulab Jamun, they are not good in taste and look like dry and 2-3 days old.

I tried their Tikki chat on my friends recommendation, to be honest i am surprised with the taste, i tried 3 times now, i am not disappointed.
Lucky to have this plaza right behind my house.
My all time personal fav are “Orange Gulab Jamun, Chole Bhature, Tikki Chat”

Their food is not full of cream and chillies like you get at every generic indian restaurant. You can actually taste what you ordered. The saag paneer with raita and plain naan is addictive:) Very polite staff as well.

Poor quality food. I ordered bhindi and paneer masala with Naan. I got maida roti made on tawa. Panner's masala was not cooked well. Same masala was used in bhindi. Very disappointed

OMG! I love each and every vegetarian to non vegetarian dish! They make it so delicious! FYI: the serving is really full in the container! Affordable price and great value for the order! The owner is nice and surprise us with free jalebi (Indian sweets) without charging us anything extra! Neat and clean store! Friendly staffI would like to recommend it!

Food is good but customer service is really bad. Orders take twice as long as they tell you over the phone.

Good food! A bit long waiting but good for them, they are busy most of the time. Fish pakora and butter chicken is the best with naan.

Ordered chole bhature. Insisted to make spicy but had little sweet n no spice at all. Ordered jalebi as well which was good and fresh. Won't recommend this place for chole bhature.

BEST BUTTER CHICKEN. Tried so many restaurants and Punjabi Chulha (Redstone) makes the best butter chicken. Good portion. An order of butter chicken, rice and naan for around $20+ and it's plenty for our family of three.

Both quality and quantity is good for the food. Place is cozy and Not whole lot of room. Would give 5 stars but they don't respect time. Sometimes it's 30-45 min over the committed time.

I bought pink rasgulle last Sunday which were dry and not fresh at all.
It was pretty disappointing that instead of throwing stale products in trash they made money out of those products. I had no choice but to throw those in trash

Whenever I am craving samosas or Parathas, there is only one place comes in my mind. After having their food in the morning my whole day goes by really good. Their employees are always friendly. They are most of the time busy but it does not affect waiting time for my food. Very fast service. I recommend both of their branches. I have been to both several times and always had an amazing experience. I like that they don’t use to many spices when they make their food.

Be careful when you shop here. The sweets are stale, dry and old. Worst fish pakora and chaat I ever tasted.

The food here is delicious! The goat korma was tasty with herbs and the goat was so tender. The creamy sauce for the butter chicken was flavourful with naan. We also tried the tandoori fish and it was tasteful and fresh. The meal was very satisfying and the portions and price are very good!

Lowest rating from me for food ever tasted in Calgary.kadai chicken taste like mix veg with raw chicken thigh pieces.

Never ever again.
