I went in an a whim and the openly took me in. Alyssa was AMAZING! She was so sweet and KNOWS HER STUFF! The previous places let me pick out whatever but she brought out options according to my body type. She made me feel comfortable and took interest in my and my story. This is an awesome place with lots of beautiful options. You won’t be disappointed choosing to get your dress at Pure Bridal!

Highly recommend! I had a great experience at Pure Bridal! All the staff were very helpful and kind. They care about their clients and when I went back for my dress, they remembered me and my family.

My bridal consultant was Morgan. She was amazing. Made my experience fabulous. She was very professional and didn’t rush my appointment. Listened to everything I had to say about the dresses 100% recommend coming to pure bridal. I was a bride dreading dress shopping, and she made the experience so wonderful.

I went here to look for my wedding dress, and although I didn't find it, the service was unbelievably good. The associate who worked with me, Morgan, was kind, not pushy, and helped me see myself as a bride. I wanted to give her a shout out and this place, because even though I didn't find my dress here, there were so many stunning dresses and it was such a great experience. Thank you!

Katherine was very friendly and professional! She pulled lots of beautiful dresses that fit my style and what I was looking for. I did end up purchasing a dress elsewhere but I had a great experience at Pure Bridal and Katherine’s work did not go unnoticed!

I am writing this review as one of the bridesmaids accompanying my best friend who was trying on wedding dresses for the first time. She advised when she booked the appointment that she had a larger party (up to 8 people). The bride said they were ok with this. When two of us arrived, one of the management employees was quite dismissive and impolite and told us that we needed to wait in the waiting area. (Majority of us found her to be discourteous). They advised space was limited and we could not fit (including the parents of the bride). The bride to be spoke to the staff and they allowed us in, noting that we would be squished, but we weren’t concerned about this. There was actually quite enough room for the 9 of us. (One extra person). If our party was more than what was preferred in the fitting room, please address this when the bride makes the appointment. The dresses she tried on were absolutely gorgeous and the consultant was pleasant. The bride thought she might’ve found the one but had another appointment later that day. Immediately after the consultant asked “Are you ready to make a deposit? ” The bride said she would like to go to the next appointment and if so, she would call back. The consultant abrasively said, “Ok, I’ll escort you to the front. ” The bride and all of us who joined her felt rushed and were unimpressed by the customer service. I also want to add that they started the appointment before everyone showed up, especially the brides parents. (Her mom needs walking aide) saying we wouldn’t have enough time. We left way before the allotted time and there were only 3 dresses were pulled. At her next appointment, the consultant asked questions about the brides venue, colour scheme, about her fiancé, asked the bride to introduce who accompanied her, even offered to choose a “wild card” dress for her and it ended up being the dress she said yes to. They were so kind, accommodating and personable. This post is more of constructive criticism for the owner and staff at Pure Bridal. Please don’t rush the bride or party. It’s a beautiful venue and you carry absolutely stunning dresses. The customer service came off quite rude and unwelcoming. I would like to recommend this place to future brides as I see that there are many reviews of happy brides, but we have had better experiences else where.

I wanted to give up on finding a dress for my wedding until I went to Pure Bridal. They were very kind and I fell in love with the first dress they brought to me. Not only did it meet all my wishes but it was kindly under my budget. They made me feel beautiful and I left a very happy, excited bride.

This bridal boutique was hyped up and came highly recommended! Unfortunately this is not what we experienced! Our consultant did not ask who the bridal party was or even who mom was! She did not pull dresses when the bride explained something specific! The shop has a great selection of dresses so I can imagine there are good experiences! I hope we just had an off experience but we were very disappointed!

The newly and renovated location creates a cozy quiet and sweet environment for everyone looking for gowns and services, come to meet the most professional and welcoming people here to get your dream realized, they do care!

I bought my dress and had my first fitting at pure bridal for my October wedding. The staff there are phenomenal; they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and like a million bucks! They have so many dress options for every type of bride and the staff are very knowledgeable about their products. I believe my consultants name was Alesha; she’s amazing! It’s a clean and impressive establishment. 10/10 would recommend!

I went to four different shops and Pure Bridal was by far the best experience. Not only was our consultant Natalie awesome and fun, but she was so willing to work with my tastes and style. I found that the dresses I tried on at other shops were all very similar, and coincidentally always very near budget. But at Pure they found ones that I wouldn't have picked myself, but that just absolutely somehow worked. The setup for trying on was also the best of the four I went to - instead of having to walk out each time, the pedestal is right in the change room and your guests get a curtain reveal which is really cool.

We had the most amazing experience here. They devoted the entire store to just us! They really take this (hopefully once in a lifetime) experience and truly go above and beyond! The dresses are absolutely breathtaking! The lighting is perfect the, the mirrors are flattering, the space for spectators was comfortable. Natalie was absolutely incredible! She was able to choose dresses that she knew the bride would like and ones that complimented her body type. She was so personable and you can tell she takes pride and enjoyment in her work. This experience was one I will never forget! If you are looking for your wedding gown and you want the day to be memorable and devoted to you and your guest, you MUST visit here! OMG! After going to 4 different bridal shops I couldn’t have been more happy to walk into Pure Bridal! The boutique is amazing! Big and tons of dresses, styles and sizes. Natalie was nothing short of amazing! She made me feel like we had been friends for years! She was honest and humble and so welcoming and knowledgeable! Alysa was just as amazing! I highly highly recommend shopping here for you wedding gown or bridesmaid dress. These ladies are AMAZING! We chit chatted after I was done as if we were all friends! An experience I will surely never forget… andddddd…. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Thank you ladies for making me feel like a princess and so súper special!

Had a great experience at Pure Bridal! Both with trying on dresses as well as working with the staff. I had previously tried on dresses so I knew what I was looking for. We tried on a variety of styles before ending with the dress that I ended up purchasing.

When I went back to pick up the dress, the lady who helped me remembered my background and that I had recently moved to the city. She asked how the wedding plans were going and how my fiancé was doing. We had a long conversation I did some accessory shopping.

I had a wonderful experience both times I was in the store!
