Great atmosphere, spread out so not congested. Staff good. Lots of tables and games. Just wish there were some more outside the box machines. A car you could win, or 2 player games with hi def sound and action. 1¢ machines with a 60 min bet and no chance for the main action is ridiculous at any casino. Why call them penny machines?

Came here at least two times already
The first time I came the same two security who check IDs
I had no makeup on and in my ID I had makeup and they said it doesn’t look like me at all okay cool.

Yesterday I had my makeup on and they said it doesn’t look like me and asked me my address Birthfay everything and said it doesn’t look like me. Starts to laugh (the security)
I never once had a problem at other casino I even went to Vegas and they never had a problem every single time check my ID.

I find with men they act like with women if they have makeup on with their ID and come in without make it harder because they want to joke about how it looks different.
But when I get a women and I tell them what happened they always understand and say men always do that!
And even the women said I look the same with and without makeup!

My daughter Fatima Kahedi before worked there and few times took mw there with her biyfriend. Casino in Emonton is the beautiful place and. I like there.

My brother misplaced his phone in the casino last night. He knew exactly where he left it and security would not even help him to identify where it may have landed up. There is no lack of cameras in there. Disappointing to see that they care so little for their patrons here. Definitely will consider this if I ever think about coming back.

Went last night to this underwhelming casino that they say was recently updated. Not a fan. From out of town and expected to have a good time. The pit boss was quite miserable to me. Asked for a drink while playing at the blackjack table and he refused me. Then tried to get my friend to grab me a drink so I could stay and play and the bartender served the 2 people in front of her and as soon as they got their drinks they said “we’re closed”!
Then I asked the pit boss to exchange American money and he said we don’t do that here. Like what casino doesn’t accept American money? He was actually quite rude! Will not be returning EVER
There are classier casinos with better service and pit bosses, than this one!

Was a wonder coaster as "expected". Though atmosphere was more the only one in the world, I highly recommend this casino for the journey.

Clean, good selection of games (table and slots). Drinks reasonably priced. Haven't had food yet but heard it was good. Bartenders can be slow sometimes when it's busy they should have 2 people on shift on a Saturday night for sure. Otherwise good times.

Because the staff that work there are discriminating rude very ignorant and disrespectful I don't recommend this place to anybody want to go to a casino a real Casino where you get respected go to Century Casino

What can I say it's a casino you want to throw your money away quickly come here may get lucky me walk out richer than you were before but most likely you're going to walk up poor but we'll have enjoyed yourself for the most part

Good up to date slots and layout. Tables and bar area are hard to explain.not much of either.

The food here is SOOO EXPENSIVE and the atm charge $5 for every transaction I bout a 10" pizza that I was told that was the size of a "medium" pizza and was a individual size pizza with only 4 SLICES for $15? !? Are you kidding me I could get a large pizza at pizza 73 for two toppings for $13 definitely a huge rip off.

Poor management, poor staff … Hosting services at a all time low, had much better service at other casino’s in the city, just a heads up!

Don’t bother taking your money to this establishment. The way they structure blackjack maximizes house edge. Automatic card shuffling machines on all floor tables, 8 decks a shoe, no perfect pair side bets. Rather go to river cree instead, you can even smoke in that casino. Pure is a pure joke

The Wor WonTon Soup is my FAVORITE in the entire city! Soooooo goooood! I drive from across the city for it Also the staff are great there

Much improved entertainment and food/beverage offerings. The centre bar/restaurant area is great for people watching, The Mezz bar has live entertainment on weekends (plus a large screen TV), and there are plenty of gaming opportunities.

I enjoy the casino. I volunteer there to assist non profit organizations. Love the food, staff and the building is still well maintained l.

Very disappointed in the hospitality of the casino specifically the door greeter tonight who was very hostile. I entered with a group of three friends, and we were asked to present our IDs and pull down our masks. After pulling down my mask the door greeter immediately denied my entry and said only my friends were allowed to enter with no explanation as to why I was denied. She asked me if I had any drinks tonight, which we truthfully replied we had one drink prior to arrival, and only i was denied access with no legitimate reason. I will be happy to bring my business elsewhere.

Visited here for a lunch and small money wasting date. The casino bar brought back memories of Vegas with how clean and new it was. We had fun shredding a few 20s in the machines and walked out at only a 50% loss. Lots of machines to play and it wasn't that busy making it easy to try new ones. Overall it was a nice break for a couple hours.

My husband and I spent about 2 hours playing roulette. Miriam and Darcy ran the table, and they were fantastic! Friendly, helpful (we don't really gamble and were learning), they made us feel very comfortable. Our waitress was lovely as well and remembered our drink orders without me having to ask. We will definitely be back due to the wonderful hospitality of the staff! Thank you, Miriam and Darcy!?

Great breakfast specials. Awesome coffee, all for around 7.00$. Good friendly service. Clean and recently upgraded.

Food is okay but can be improved. Service on the other hand, is horrible. There are three cashiers who should be fired right away. One doesn't greet you when you're ordering food and then walks away in the middle of your order. That's definitely not professional. Second cashier disappears for a long time and didn't show up for 15 minutes while the cooks went to tell her customers are waiting. Same cashier was chatting at the bar while a friend was waiting to order a fruit plate. She didn't do her job for 30 minutes and when she finally showed up to take the order, she said that the fruit plate couldn't be ordered since it was 5 minutes past the timing. Then do your job and show up when you see customers waiting. Third cashier should show some interest in her job as covid has prevented a lot of people from returning to work. For one of the cocktail waitresses, she is very rude and harassing the volunteers that show up for their charity. She should know that she is supposed to be friendly to people as that's how she gets tipped. Not only that, she should know that her hands shouldn't be anywhere inside the chip cage. The food and beverage supervisor is very confusing in his words as he is contradicting himself with every second word. He couldn't believe that his best cocktail waitress was rude but had a talk about it literally earlier that day. That is ridiculous. It's also disappointing to know that he wasn't very willing to deal with her.

Best place on the east side to watch mma fights.

Food could definitely be upgraded for the price they charge though.

As an early morning volunteer my vaccine status was not checked. I know all my fellow volunteers were vaccinated but still, all should be checked. Just hope all the patrons who wear their masks around their chins are vaccinated. I know it is hard to decline and correct customer behavior and I do sympathize however we need to protect our health system and our vulnerable.

I come for breakfast here before playing some slots. The servers are very fast and polite and the breakfast is very fresh and comes out quickly. There is a lot of exciting slot machines to choose from and the table games are fun too.

Veryyyy Pooor customer service at Argyl! Regular customer here, played and had fun. Always have a great dealer! Butttt, Pit Boss named Carl was terrible! Very unfair treatment and failed customer service. If I could rate him I wish I could give a negative star! Sooooo disappointed.

Gorgeous inside. They renovated and it's very clean and bright. Security is kind. Service staff are very attentive and polite. The dealers are excellent! Most of the pit bosses are great too. However; One lady pit boss is extremely rude and yells at the players in front of other players. Discretion isn't in her vocabulary! If not for her I would give 5 stars. All in all it's a nice place for a night out.

This place is so clean and bright! I love it. They renovated and changed the colors but didn't touch any of the dark wood because, well, that's just too nice to change. The security guys are very kind and polite, a lot nicer than most casinos. The service staff—well they're great too! You can find them anywhere in the casino with a friendly smile on their face asking if you need anything. And then there's our dealers! Man do these ladies know how to deal cards nicely or what?

Gambling used to be fun, now the casinos don't even let you get bonuses! They don't see me very often any more.

Had ribs.not good. Restaurant doesn't open until 430 but the special is available at 4 but you can only eat it in the little Cafe.

Love coming here to unwind and win! Although I may not always win, I always have a great time. Great atmosphere and even better staff, and it's clean. So definitely my go to to unwind and have a little fun either alone or with some friends!

From good to worst, Decided to tried our luck but really horrible machines, took $600 in a single machine with No bonuses nor line hit.straight money grab. If AGLC controls payouts I'd rather go to Rivercree and enjoy there because it would be the same anyways. I do swear not to go here even this is the closest where we live.

I had the prime rib special and the potatoes tasted old and spoiled and I asked for my prime rib to be medium rare and it was well done. I will not return any time soon.

What happened? ! We used to LOVE eating here, but since returning after the renovations the food quality has absolutely plummeted!

Deep fried EVERYTHING! Gnarly looking and greasy, over breaded, over greased tasting. (Why in the world would you bread and deep fry a pork chop? !)

Weird atmosphere, no music, total bummer. Lowest energy casino i've ever been in in my life. Went to alta kitchen - complete mistake. Food was mediocre and we had a bad moscow mule that wasnt even made with ginger beer and our server was cold and made weird mistakes. No water for the table, no ice in our drinks. Also, the "poutine" side was just microwaved cheese, no gravy. It felt awkward, more like a library than a casino. Will definitely not recommend.

Good food. Bad service. Sat through almost a whole meal without something drink. Had to go to get myself. Waitress was really bad. Too bad because cooks did a good job

Enjoyed this place very much. I would recommend getting a rewards card they really help. I like the perks of having my rewards card and use it. I forgot to bring my card from a year ago when I first got it. The lady was very helpful and since I didn't get the email for 20 dollars they credited me that.

I wish the worst and uttermost misfortune to all employees of Argyll Casino. Their ugliness turns into terminal illness to even out their karen nature.

First time there in a while, not impressed with the service. Went to Alta Kitchen for prime rib and after several servers walking by us was told by one of them "We are really busy I wish people would understand". I really didn't appreciate the comment, I thought the idea was to be busy. Needless to say we ate in the bar where service not good either.

Even with covid going on they still have quite a few options. No table games but they have electronic versions you can play on. The only dispute I have is I had a security guard tell me to put on my mask while I was drinking.dont know how he expected me to drink it lol

Can’t win there, complete renovations and take customers money. I don’t mind losing money but always. And I know games are truly chance. But can’t even finish a beer most of the time.

I had gone for steak and shrimp night and have no complaints. My steak was perfect and service was fast and friendly.

I haven't been into the casino since it was renovated. It is very very nice. They have done a great job. All protocols are in place.

Awesome. I couldn't lose for winning. Played medium bet, if the machine didn't pay in 20 bucks moved to the next machine and I would win 300 or 400 dollars.

Up until today it was great. However today I told them I would never be going back after going there for over 10 years. One of the security there was on a power trip. Apparently she was speaking to me while I was playing a slot machine. My hearing is not the greatest. She raised her voice and basically yelled at me " I'm speaking to you ". It was in regards to me not wearing my mask while seated which is not required as I was seated. Instead of arguing I put my mask on. Cashed out and my wife and I filed a complaint. As my wife witnessed the same security lady yelling at another patron. So long story short we left with our money and went to the River Cree. Will never go back again to any Pure casino.

Arrived today around 12: 30. We were greeted by a middle aged woman at the front. Communication was a problem as we could barely understand her. Her voice volume was very low, and she struggled to speak English clearly. We got ID'ed at the door. No problem, except my partners ID was expired by a week or 2. She refused entrance to her and would not allow us to enter. The best part was when she told us to leave, and we had to literally walk in and around the casino to get to the exit. If her ID didnt pass, why would you have our exit be through the casino floor. It is hilarious that we were not permitted inside, but we were permitted inside to find a route to exit the casino. Hilarious, yet poor poor service and did not feel welcome. Her greeting was not friendly. Ended up at manning century casino. Its okay, our business can go elsewhere.

Great place to have some drinks and watch their live entertainment they have on the weekends. Always a sight to see from new singers to the local bands. Always look forward to grabbing my dancing shoes just to rip it up in the dance floor. Oh and I can't forget their dinners they have every day there is a different dinner item for each day of the week. Haven't seen this happen since the covid-19 pandemic tho. Really hope they continue their delicious dinners as I would rate this casino #1 for all it has to offer. Keep up the good work

This is a great place to go and blow off a little steam and a little money However if you hit it at the right time you could walk out a bit ritcher than you came in! They have all of the machines you could possibly desire and the casino staff is always very courteous and helpful.

Not much improvement other than new chairs. Very nice washrooms but few staff on the floor cleaning machines. Every casino manager should visit Century mile, their casino is impeccable.

My family and I have been going to the casino for dinner sometimes for years. We like everything on the menu, it's usually a good experience every time we go.

I usually go at odd hours due to my personal schedule. The new lay out is nice. Lots of machines open. New normal is in effect so masks, distancing and cleaners at machines as soon as you leave one. This is my favorite casino.

Way better then river cree.if you ask me it's a good place to play slots an have a drink in peace.vary satisfied with the social distancing.

I really didnt like this place. It is the quintessential soul destroying casino where people who have little money go waste it the staff aren't overly friendly especially at the door the layout inside is unexciting and the whole place made me just want to leave. The casino experience was most certainly an after thought

The video roulette table is ruined and is now a scam. I cant even see how much money i have put on the table. Goodbye.

The machines never wins anything, you put 100$ and it last 10 minutes if you are lucky, the place is nice, but the slot machine are worthless and all the tables are closed during covid

The food was great. Service was slow. The server only came to our table once to see if we needed anything. Not the worst service I had but definitely not the best. Friendly enough I guess. Go back for the food but try to get a different server.
