Ashleigh is the most amazing hair stylist! Since moving to BC, I have not been able to find a stylist that compares. I have very curly hair, and it is tricky to find a stylist that is experienced with curly hair. She is seriously the best! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the ladies at Pure Envy! They’re always so sweet, inviting and friendly. This past weekend I had dermaplanning with Tanya and a facial with Leslie. Hands down the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! I love that my services were affordable over 1.5 hours, excellent value and service!

Dermaplaning and Eminence facial with Tanya and Lesley, and I am floored by how incredible these services were. I had been nervous to get a facial again but this was more than that, this was a whole experience in heaven! After Tanya cleared my dead skin and made it feel like butter, Lesley took my skin through an oasis of different layers of amazing smelling products, clearing, cleaning, extracting and replenishing it all until it glowed. I challenge you to stay awake, this is absolute heaven!

The lady I saw was very nice. I was pleased with my hair in the moment. I however don't like it & wished I would have been more direct. Otherwise it was an okay experience

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at Pure Envy. I visited Pure Envy on June 25th, 2021. I have had many pedicures, and this was by far my least pleasant experience. You are seated in very uncomfortable chairs in a room where you can see the dirty dust pans and the cleaning closet. They do dry pedicures, which I find interesting to have less bacteria, however, I had a severe reaction to the products used on my skin. I left a voicemail explaining and no response. Less than 2 weeks later, my pedicure started to come off, I paid for shellac, $75 for a less than subpar experience. Every other shellac pedicure I have received has lasted atleast 2 months. It has been less than a month and my pedicure looks like I did it myself and not shellac quality. Waste of time that I could of spent with my 10 month old that I had watched to have a relaxing time and it was the opposite. I want a refund and I'm assuming I wont receive one as they never replied to my voicemail.

Just had my first dermaplaning. I was unsure of what to expect mainly of the spa environment. These ladies made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. The dermaplaning was great. I followed it up with a facial and a massage and all three treatments were amazing. I had the different people working on me and they were all friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent services from well-trained staff at very reasonable prices! The Gua Sha treatment and the acupuncture session really helped relieve my pain and inflammation! Don’t deny yourself the treatment you need and deserve!
