They didnt give me enough retainers, they are easy to lose. They didnt keep an imprint of my tray so I couldnt order another. Unfortunately my teeth spaced back out

I'm really impressed with Pure Orthodontics! I just signed a treatment plan with the South Side branch and their orthodontist, Khurram Khan. They definitely provide excellent care that is efficient, dependable, and completely accountable. I have shopped around and they have the best price, saved me a few thousand dollars. Clean facility, nice enough staff, convenient location.

Only giving 3 stars because of the ortho staff: 1) you never know who your doctor is - the assistants introduce themselves but the doctors don't. 2) The Invisalign assistants seem to BS their responses to questions. Responses are not logical and they seem to default to blaming it on you when you have a concern. Almost as if they are only trained to work with children. 3) Unprofessional appearance - tattoos are acceptable to an extent. People have their whole bodies to tattoo that can be easily covered by professional clothing. If you want to work in a professional setting, hand/neck tattoos should not be accepted.

With an assistant with hand tattoos and seems to BS her responses to my questions, not knowing who my doctor is, I don't feel confident in my treatment or its progress. I recommend looking elsewhere for Invisalign.

This is a great location. The staff is always so friendly, kind and welcoming. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment - if anything they often take me in right away even if I’m early. After my appointment today they even had fresh baked cookies at the front desk for clients! Always a great experience when I go for my appointments.
