The moment I walked in the door, Nicole and Ryan welcomed me and shared some good tips of the area and helped me find what I needed. Got my skis tuned and they look really good given that they were my rock skis. Would definitely come back for sure. Thank you for such kindness!

Overall a great experience. I’ve been renting from pure outdoors for years and it’s always been amazing. Reason for 4 star is the switch to kiosk system this year. My suggestion would be to explain how to put the seats on my husband struggled with that this year as every other year someone has done that for us. But honestly it’s a great experience, we are just getting used to the new system and it was a bit of a hassle picking up the gear where prior years they would deliver it all for us. We had a paddle that was sticking and tough to take apart after. That’s just me being picky, I do highly recommend them still!

I purchased an inflatable paddle board from a different store, the board was leaking air. I came in to purchase sealant to try and patch the board. The employee called the owner who was beyond helpful, offered to drive 20 minutes back to the store to help me fix the board. His advice over the phone ended up helping me tighten the seal, essentially fixing the board. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had and I didn’t even purchase the board from this store. I can only imagine how the owner would stand behind the products he sells.

Had a few dealings now with Pure Outdoors. I highly recommend them for supplies or rentals. Great prices and the service is great.

Thanks to JF and the team at Pure Outdoors. I rented some demo skis for several days and the experience couldn't have been better. They're open early, I stopped in 10 mins after opening, and 10 minutes later I had an awesome pair of skis ready to rock. I came back a few days later as my son needed some poles and we were in and out in 5 mins with the perfect equipment. I called several places in town prior to renting with Pure Outdoors and the thing that drew me to them was the fact that JF sources as much Canadian made goods as possible. Rented the Xalibu Tourngat skis, which I may just have to buy. Thanks again to the folks at Pure Outdoors. We'll definitely be back.

Knowledgeable staff and fitted our kids with ski gear without any difficulties. Very reasonably priced and would definitely come back for rentals!

Bought a pair of hard-to-find used skis from here and the experience was excellent. Customer service by J. F. (the owner) was above and beyond, from answering all questions, pulling bindings, great price, and shipping them internationally. Skis arrived in even better condition than described, stoked, thanks J. F.and Pure Outdoors!

Rented snow shoes at this place. Service was fast and on point and prices were fair. They also helped us recommending best places for snowshoeing around Jasper.
