Dr. Scott is extremely efficient and is so chill it cracks me up. I’ve been going for four weeks and feel better than prior to my injury, my masseuse went DEEP in the deep tissue massage and the receptionists are always down to earth and smiling. It’s been brief so far but I genuinely feel like one of the gang when I walk in. Would highly highly recommend anyone visit for anything health related

Was misdiagnosed for my treatment plan, after a few adjustments I could barely walk and sitting was painful. Turns out I had a bulged disk which they made worse and given sciatica which greatly decreased my quality of life for 8 months.
Once I gave up on the chiropractor I went to their physiotherapist, I would see a kiniseologist before him and they said I needed to stretch more, then the physio would say I had a bulged disk and shouldn't over stretch. It was confusing being told contradicting advice.
My experience may just be an anomaly, but going somewhere with mild back pain and leaving with extreme back pain is not something I'd recommend.

The team at PURE is amazing. The ladies at the front are always a welcoming ray of sunshine. Dr. Mike is very professional and so personable. Together him & Josh have helped dial back my migraines and tension headaches to maybe once a month. (Huge change considering I used to get them 3 times a week). I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you PURE team!

This office is AWESOME from front of office to all practioners who give me the massages, adjustments, therapies etc THIS place feels like FAMILY LOVE them!

10/10 I’ve been going to this Chiropractor/Massage for a couple years now and the staff is so bubbly and always so helpful. Makes you feel welcome from the get go. After my accident this year, they reassessed everything and treated me accordingly of how my body needed it. They have helped and continue to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Before stumbling upon Pure, I spent over 20 years with frequent migraine headaches, averaging twice a week, from getting whiplash in a car accident. My (incompetent) family doctor said there's nothing that can be done. My local chiropractor (and every other one I visited) just gave me a quick crack or two without knowing or caring what the issue was. It felt better for a day or two, then the pain would be back.
Then I started going to Pure, got a full assessment, they showed me stretches, and their chiropractor started working with me. Within a week my headaches lessened and finally stopped, I feel 20 years younger, and as you can imagine, my quality of life has improved drastically! Pure has changed my life for the better.
This business has such good vibes, the front desk girls are so helpful, caring and positive, it's a happy place to go. I'm incredibly grateful for this place.

I had this experience at Pure a year or two ago and it still upsets me.

I started to go to Pure for massage therapy, my therapist told me my back was bad and I should get a free consult from one of their chiropractors. Sure, why not. (I only had upper back pain from working an office job). I saw the chiro and he assessed me, then scheduled me in for 3 appointments a week for the next 3 weeks.telling me I needed to sign off on it saying that I am financially responsible to pay for every appointment and they cannot be cancelled. Being naive, trusting professionals advice, I said sure if that's what you think I need. The appointments were about 5 minutes long, just cracking my neck and back. In the middle of the second week I started to experience severe headaches. I've never felt anything like it. I had to take time off work and I cancelled the rest of my appointments, I never did get charged for the cancelled appointments, despite what the "contract" said.

I had constant headaches for months. Morning till night. It was awful. The pain would only go away when I was asleep. I then started to lose feeling/strength in my arm. My doctor did everything he could for me, MRI, testing, you name it. Everything came back normal.

I then had an appointment with my regular chiro and told him the issues I've been having. He said, were these appointments done at Pure by chance? He said I wasn't the first patient to come to him after having issues from Pure. He said they don't have a good reputation in the chiropractic community and that no one should ever be getting cracked 3x a week. That is damaging. The body needs time to heal between appointments.

My amazing chiropractor has helped me so much, but I still have some lingering issues to this day.

I wish I never stepped foot in this place, or gave them any of my money.

A good chiropractor would NEVER schedule you like he did to me. That is straight up money hungry and did not have my health in his best interest. Even the ladies at the front desk are so pushy with scheduling your next appointment. I could barely leave my massage appointment without them hounding me to book more.

I am not one to speak poorly of a business, hence why it's taken me so long and a lot of thought. I don't want Pure to take advantage of more people.

1st visit saw Sarah for a massage my legs and hips were bothering me. Sarah took the time to recognize my needs and provided excellent service. I will be back to see her. She knows what she is doing and I felt comfortable with her.

Dr. Scott, along with multiple massage therapist's and physiotherapist's have walked with me through a road of healing and showed much care and concern for me. I'm so thankful for everyone here, including the support staff!

I have been going to PURE for at least 8 years. I love the atmosphere there the friendliness and and enthusiasm they have for you and your health journey. I love that I can see multiple practitioners from chiropractic to physio and massage all under one roof and they each have a plan that builds on the other to help me heal and feel stronger.

Dr. Mike has the best staff and chiropractic service you'll need. I injured my shoulder and honestly thought it would never get better. His recovery plan has fixed and changed my life for the better, and you definitely can't forget about Josh who is a newer massage therapist but the best massage therapist I've ever had. Don't let his size fool you he will change your life, and a personality that makes you instantly like him. I won't go anywhere else. Definitely need to stop in here, you won't regret it!

Dr Mike and his staff are amazing. They really care about their clients and their well being. Having a team not just looking after your physical body they are willing to equip you with ways to improve your whole health. Thanks for all you do!

It's the best and most comprehensive physio and chiro clinic in Red Deer, and one of the best in Alberta. I moved to Calgary and still come back to Red Deer for their services. The team is super nice and attentive, and they use last technological equipment to assess your situation before drawing a plan that best suits your needs. Highly recommended.

Love this team. They have helped me and my family for the last few years and the friendliness, knowledge and care they have shared with us has been priceless.

Love Dr Mike here - he always gives me the information and WHY behind what he's doing (which I like!) and keeps me on track

Dr. Thomas has been a godsend for my chronic back pain, all of the staff are great! They are very thorough and it is evident they truly care about helping you.

They did a free consult with me, xrays and all. I didn't realize how bad my spine health was. After only a month of seeing they're specialists all of my acute pain is gone and I've become more proactive in my health. Super grateful!

I was in Red Deer for work and needed some help with some old injuries, so I sought out Pure Red Deer. I worked with Dr. Aislinn Rooney and Alexis Misner. The administrative staff was very helpful and managed to get me in for several appointments on short notice. Dr. Aislinn was hands on, kind, and managed to get to the root of both my back and neck problems. I would highly recommend
