Pureform & Purekids Radiology

Today I tried to book an appointment for an ultrasound examination with Pureform in Calgary today at 430pm. My physician previously sent the requisition to them so I did not mind giving them a try. It took Pureform 38 minutes to pick up the phone. Waiting for almost 3/4 of an hour for booking an appointment is just not acceptable. I decided to book with another clinic.

Excellent service, no delay, helpful, beautiful and friendly staff at the front desk, X ray and the ultrasound. Thank you Julia.

Worst place to bring your kiddos. I brought my son for urgent ultrasound and should be stat report but 3 days later am still waiting for the report. The staff told me will get report before lunch time. Very unprofessional. Never go there.

Thanks a lot to Dr. Jide Olubaniyi, he's the best of the best! I have had cortisone shots at different clinics around Calgary, but never got a great experience like I get with Dr. Jide Olubaniyi in Pureform Macleod. He has treated different spots in my joints, always so carefully and precisely, I never feel the needle or the solution in my tissues, never bleeding or even a sore spot, never disconfort after treatment but instead very quick, complete and long lasting pain relief and mobility improvement that last for many months. I highly recommend Dr. Olubaniyi! Also, his assistants are always great, super helpful and nice, same way are the ladies working at front desk. Only wished some patients had basic manners and wore a mask while waiting in a crowded front desk area, or at least refrained of loud talking, coughing or sniffing at other patients who also wait in the same small room. Wearing masks is clearly recommended by Pureform in all areas, but some patients are too gross to respect other people's health.

This morning I brought my 2 year old daughter for her X-ray and will definitely return to this location.
All the staff from receptionists to the technicians, literally ALL of the people in there were incredibly nice and friendly. Especially for the little kid, they made my daughter comfortable and happy with this experience and I really appreciated it.
(She put the Tinker Bell sticker on her t-shirt all day through and didn't let me take it off!)

I've been here for 4 scans now leading up to my IVF transfer. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The ultrasound technicians, including the student they've had, are top notch and actually attempt to get to know you. I'm very happy to come here for my diagnostic needs. ️

This is a lovely office. The staff are upbeat and pleasant. Upon entering they smiled immediately and made my son feel feel very comfortable about his ultrasound.

I went for a routine mammogram and ultrasound today at the Pureform Macleod location. This is a day I don’t enjoy and causes me anxiety as I suffer from a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders (the actual mammogram is the easy part). Renee the mammogram technician did her best to work fast and ensure that I was doing ok. The ultrasound technician was also very gentle, friendly and engaged in pleasant conversation. Everyone here is very nice and I will return for future appointments. Thank You!

My positive experience at pureform made me come back. This time had to try a new location which is the Macleod. The great lady doing the ultrasound was amazing, professional, and understanding. Megan was a remarkable professional who showed me as a patient so much care in her work and passion.

The location was easy to find and had parking. I needed a walk-in X-Ray and was expecting to have to wait. Instead I had a short wait, and was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Will go back next time (Hopefully won’t need to)

Poor customer service. I had come late for my lil one's appointment the lady at the front desk was rude about it which wasn't ok because I had a family emergency and tried calling the clinic to reschedule it was on hold for a long period. I didn't want to miss it so I showed up to rebook and met a very unhappy lady.

Today I visited Pureform clinic on Macleod Trail for X-Ray/ Ultrasound of my knee. It was such a pleasant experience.
My chiropractor recommended me Pureform, saying I can get in sooner than to the other clinics.
Sure enough, when I called booking, the lady was very helpful. I was able to get it done the next day!
Parking is free, a beautiful well designed spacious clinic on the second floor. Two nice ladies (Shelly one of them) at reception greeted me with smile, took my information, guided me through the process.
The X-Ray and Ultrasound techs were kind and professional. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I had an exceptional experience, from that first booking phone call, walking to the clinic to the moment when I was done.
Great atmosphere, awesome team and excellent patient care!

Came in for an ultrasound today and had the best experience from reception all the way to my radiologist, Imran. Will definitely book here again in the future.

On Friday April 23 I was at the Airdrie location for an appointment. Unfortunately my paper work could not be found. What could have been a stressful experience was dealt with by “Moe “ in a very capable and professional manner. She is a great asset and ambassador for your company. Thank you Moe

I had the most helpful accommodating experience I have ever had at this clinic! All three receptionists and the Doc are amazing! They helped get me booked in and get treated very quickly and efficiently. Hats off to you guys! You made my day!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your team in Airdrie for booking me in so quickly to get X-ray’s and ultrasound completed in a short time frame while dealing with Veterans Affairs deadlines, they were extremely helpful in getting all my medical requirements completed. My three ultrasounds appointments were conducted at your Macleod Trail location. Right from the onset I was at ease due to the professionalism of your front end staff an amazing group of young ladies you have there. My technician Imran was outstanding and very interesting individual who I now hold in high regards. His professionalism and client care was second to none and your company should be extremely proud to have such an individual representing your organization.

I went in very apprehensive about my procedure after hearing many stories about how painful it is!
From the beginning to the end the staff made me feel assured, comfortable and heard.
The doctor was amazing and I barely felt any needles (which I was most afraid of). His assistant was kind and explained everything. They were both very good at their jobs!

I brought my three year son in last week to the Macleod location for an ultrasound. The ladies at the reception were all practicing good protocols during Covid, and were pleasant. Our technician was Imran and I can't remember the last time I had that kind of a positive experience with such a pleasant and professional man. He was great with my son and I, and he made my toddler feel at ease immediately and was making him laugh. Keeping a toddler that still is definitely not easy. I am so impressed with Imran and the staff at PureForm, I wish other industries made visits this nice.

The staff there is very very friendly. Megan was amazing with my 2 year old daughter. Megan was very sweet and patient and took the time to explain the ultrasound procedures. This is the best place to bring your children to get there exams done. They are great with children.
