The amazing employees at Purifi Water have helped us time and again with our Berkey water filter. Over the phone, they instructed us in the best way to set it up. The customer service is awesome, everyone is so helpful and kind. If you pick up, which is so convenient for us, they will bring the bottles to your car. We have been purchasing premium water in BC and moving here we were looking for something similar and this quality is exceptional!
