I ordered clothing online, and the website accepted my PO Box number for delivery. However, since it was being shipped by Purolator, it could not be delivered to a PO Box. Someone decided to change the delivery address without consulting me, and sent it to an address which I had used in the past. At the time I used that address, my daughter lived there, but she has since moved. So my package was delivered somewhere I did not ask for it to be delivered to, to a house where I do not know who lives there. When I chatted with someone on the website, I was told someone from the local depot would call me. I'm still waiting for that call.

Never rang the doorbell. Just happened to notice the van parked outside my house so curiosity got the best of me. There's even a note asking to please ring both doorbells. Why is it so hard to provide some simple customer service?

If you were smart you would use a different way to send stuff.
I paid for 4 day shipping and because purolator missed a connection it caused my package to be an extra 4 days passed the day i was supposed to get it. How is that fair? And when i brought it to there attention i was treated unprofessionaly and basically thats tough so deal with it.
No offer of compensation or anything the lady just gave me excuses.
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH PUROLATOR EVER AGAIN.

Oh, you want your parcel…. Heres a 13 hour window that you’ll have to wait for it to arrive, or risk driving an hour the next day to pick it up.
Purolator gives me an overwhelming sense of anxiety with the way they handle deliveries.
This company policies are inconvenient and offer zero customer service. I don’t care if you respond to my review. Don't waste 13 hours of my day because you cant figure out delivery zone notifications.

Wouldn’t deliver to Hwy address. Poor customer services. Provided no assistance with loading large package.

Terrible delivery service, they never ring the door bell. EVER!

The freezer pack supplied by the sender placed in insulated wrap, melted.
I never recommend or choose Fed ex.

I will never use them again for my small business. $124 for a 1 lb box. Give me a break.
