This company is a joke. Lazy, inefficient, dismisses client safety rules and no matter how polite you are with these people, they are ALWAYS ignorant. Defiantly not in business because of their customer service.

The lady who takes the call need some training, she was very rude like super rude. I called Purolator, they put me on 20 minutes hold and no one picked up the call and the next day I get this call from the lady at Purolator GP and she immediately said "Who is this! " "Why are you calling! " In a really rude way. The I called again and said I have a package that was not delivered due to missing address and she interpreted me and said "Come pick it up then". Really poor communication and lack of knowledge I would say.

What's the point of having tracking numbers when it never gets updated call customer service and its all virtual saying your package is in route at a sorting facility find it hard to believe that in 5 days they can't update any information so there's no way to track your package

This company is a dumpster fire of incompetence. There should be an option when ordering goods to not use them. The company driver decided that he doesn’t like the road to my house so they sent my packages to Canada post to be held without notifying me. Then my package was returned to sender.

Apparently if they can't enter the apartment building they just give up without calling, and no reattempt in delivery until 2 business days or we have to pick up. What's the point? I've had intelcom and canada post call me twice before leaving. Please Amazon give me a choice for carriers because I will NOT be choosing purolator.

I do not know a delivery service worse than this! They will never be delivered to the address! They'll never call! You can spend the whole day and waiting for the promised parcel, but they won't even call you that they've arrived, they'll just say that they couldn't get access or the door code! Why do you exist at all? Hate you

I'm honestly kinda ticked off. I buzzed the lady up and she didn't deliver it to me gave a darn note when I was home. Didn't even bother. And this isn't the first time.

The man whom I chatted with on the phone today was very knowledgeable and extra patient when looking up my mixed up address and tracking number. He was also very polite to deal with.

Delivery guys never call me at the given number if they have an issue with the door buzzer. And after they just drive away I have an email "The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc.

I’m disappointed, used Purolator Express service hoping to get a package “the next business day” but that’s not the case. The tracking is confusing, for example the package arrives at the same sorting facility twice a day 10 hours apart and when I asked about it they said it was being weighed again bare in mind this was 10 hours apart. Not happy at all

I wouldn't even give them a rating. They refused to deliver to my building, then gave me a hard time about my apartment complex, then the lady at the store said I was threatening her and refused to give my husband a package because I expressed I was upset with the service. No I didn't yell, I was calm and polite. She started screaming she felt threatened then refused service. Like do your job! Wouldn't be so bad if this was one time. It's happened several times. I'll never ship with this company.
