Purolator

They came to deliver my goods but did not meet me at home. I was expecting a second visit like some other mail delivery agency but what I saw at my door was a note saying I should come the following day to pick it up in their office. This place won't be my 1st choice for postage. Their customer service is fair.

I am waiting for whole day for receive a parcel. This purolator location and delivery is not far from home but they didn't show up in 7 hours. Very bad service and system management.

Today I saw a driver nearly hit an elderly man in a crosswalk who was using a walker because the driver was so impatient.

Was waiting for my package to arrive today, checked tracking updates and found a “delivery attempt - person not home” tag when I was actually at home. No knock, no doorbell. I work from home and haven’t even stepped out or was unavailable. Now I have to pick it up an hour commute away from my house which kind of defeats the purpose of paying to get stuff delivered. Reading all the other reviews, it seems I’ll have to put a note on every online order I make to not send any package via Purolator. Maybe I should set up a camera so I can show people what Purolator delivery guys do and put it out in social media so people can see the kind of “delivery” they do.

I would give zero if possible. This Purolator GAVE my package, an iPhone 14 to someone who had no ID, and no slip! They told me they tried to call me 5 times… I did not have a call from them and I’m pretty sure you don’t just hand over a package? That’s not ok! Now they won’t answer my call or take any responsibility. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

The service attitude is very friendly, the staff is fast, and the location is convenient for parking.

Excellent customer service and quick. In and out in 5 minutes. Great parking aswell.
