This location was closed over an hour before it said it was supposed to be closed and no one was there. There was a sign that said it would be closed from Jan 15 temporarily but it is not Jan 15 yet and it is closed when it says open online.
The most awful service ever! At the office and the driver. These guys are rude and unprofessional! I had the experience to live in Europe and it’s not comparable! We ordered an expensive package and now I don’t even know where is it! Disgusting service!
The courier was near my house three times and did not call me or use the intercom even once. He probably expected me to stand at the door around the clock and wait for the package. Then a rude woman called me to clarify the details of my parcel. When I arrived at the pick-up point, they didn’t even greet me. Terrible experience.never again
A grown man screaming at a 20-year-old girl because he can't explain himself calmly. The worst service I've ever seen. Ended up canceling the parcel and calling the police. Try to avoid this place at any cost!
The guy was super rude and did not give me my package, he asked me for the proof of the address, I asked if I can show my lease of agreement that I rent the apartment. He said he won’t accept it. I checked everything online and called to customer service, both of the resources said they accept the lease as the proof and the guy should’ve gave me my parcel. So he was screaming at me, telling he won’t listen to what I’m saying and won’t give me my package. Worst service ever. The case when you just can’t get the package you paid for, having PR card and lease agreement to proof everything. The guy just didn’t want to give it me.
The last shipping option I would use is Purolator. Their delivery people write parcel numbers in such way no one can decipher them. And when you try to locate your parcel they need the shipping number which of course you can not give cause you can't decipher it! I asked for the parcel to be re-delivered. I waited for 4 addtional days for my package. I also waited the whole day on Friday, nobody came. I went to have a shower at 6pm and what they did was they did enter the building, and left me a note under my apartment door instead of leaving the package in front of my apartment. They're so incompetent it hurts! If I could give them a zero I would.
Too expensive than anyother place. I didn't proceeded the shipment as they charged more than the double of the actual rate. Went to some other company only because of the price they charges.
Brutal location for a shipping outlet Holy Cross Hospital Centre.they do Purolater as well as fedex and money transfer and cheap art and picture framing. They close for a hour at lunch and can’t perform q codes for purolater so a waste of time and gas
This Man is so rude has no manner whatsoever. I came to drop off my Amazon returns and I asked for the receipt he started arguing no professionalism at all. Never had any experience like this before.
I would like to start by saying, the one time I was there, the gentleman was quite pleasant. That being said, service not great. I've had 2 packages diverted here, both where lost but at least 1 I was able to recover. The first package, said it was delivered and available for pickup the following day. I managed to make it there after work, so there was no line. However, I stood there for 20 some minutes while the guy looked for my item. Eventually, he told me to come back the next day. Though it took another 10 to 15 minutes to find, he did find it. The second package, no clue. According to the door knocker left, they first tried to deliver the item on Dec 3rd. I tried calling the number on the slip, it just rang and rang. No answer, no voice mail option. I asked my husband to go and pick the item up the following day. The guy there couldn't find the package, and even asked him to go back and look for it himself! He declined, so it was arranged that he'd call us when he found our delivery. That never happened, so we assume it was shipped back. Then out of no where, I got a text message Dec 16th saying the item was ready for pick up. Again, I tried to call, no answer. Tried the chat feature, and they can't find the item with the tracking number. Said its been too long since I was suppose have picked the item up to find. It's now the 19th, no clue where my package is.gone into the abyss I suppose.
I had to send a laptop and upon asking a question about packing he was very rude. He said “I can’t answer too many questions” my shipment was paid for. Very rude
Not impressed with this place. I was at work when I buzzed them in and they left a notice instead at my apartment door. Notice said pick up was available for the next day after 1pm. So next day, I go and my parcel isn’t there. It was still on the truck. Walked 45 minutes for nothing. Don’t put a date for a pick up if you’re not even going to take the parcel off the delivery truck. I suggest you try to call here first before going, if they ever pick up their phone that is.
I missed a Purolator delivery on Jan 8 and they kept my parcel until today Jan 13 so more thant 5 business days. Rajesh found my parcel in less that 30 sec in the storage area. A big thank you Rajesh!
No zero available. Went to pick up a package for my wife. The guy could not find it and asked me if I wanted to come into the back and find it myself.hahahaha.then said he needed more time to find it. Very unprofessional and absolutely 0 organization there. Just random boxes piled everywhere. I have no idea why our last 2 packages have gone there, because I pass multiple other locations on the way. Not impressed with this "business" or Purolator for that fact.
I arrived during what I expected to be normal business hours. No one was there, and they have 7 different printed signs contradicting each other on the door. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in a business.
I never bother to review places I eat or go to, but I had to warn others this time.
Unprofessional. Put me on hold for close to 10 minutes even though all I wanted was to know how to get there. Called back and the line was busy twice. The lineup is long and not moving. I came here because it's the closest location to me, and the only one downtown. Figure out your office, Purolator.
For everyone searching, get into the main entrance of the hospital and turn left, if you see a lineup, you're there.
Was told package would be sent to the nearest location (I live one block away), instead it was sent near the airport (35 minute drive). Wouldn't answer phones or respond to emails. Go with a different shipping company
I showed up at Purolator to pick up a package - I got there and he couldn't find it. Asked me to check the shelves myself still couldn't find it. He then after 30 minutes and leaving me sitting there asked me to go home and told me he would find it and have it delivered that day. He called me that day and said he forgot where he put it and found it and wouldn't be delivering it because he knew better than me and then said he sent it back to the main shipping centre. My package is now missing and he has given me no information. Would not recommend going here ever, my items are lost and no one can find them.
Literally takes random breaks for hours. I raced here during my work day to get my mail (which I didn’t receive a notice for until I got a call today saying it’ll be returned to sender at 3pm) so I wouldn’t miss any work. Sat here for nearly two hours. This is one of the worst places you could possibly ever experience in your lifetime.
Terrible customer service. I can’t even track my package so I had to call them and the man I spoke with was very rude and made me wait a long time cause he was talking to some random person.
My amazon package was delivered here because my building was locked but It was honestly an easy quick great experience, Rajesh was fast and super helpful!
This is the most interesting Purolator, FedEx, DHL pick up location I’ve ever visited. The signs are much smaller than you would expect so keep your eye out, and the business itself is inside what looks like an office in a hallway. No issues picking up my package, but not the same type of experience I’m used to receiving.
Worst service every time. He can never find packages so finding anything takes him at least 10-15 min so if there is more than 2 people In front you, expect to be there up to 30 min. Currently I’ve been waiting for 10 mins and the first person still isn’t served and now there is like another 6 people behind me
The gentlemen named Easton hung up on me twice over the phone when I was simply asking if they had my package. He was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me, when I was simply calling the phone number provided on the Purolator slip for my package. I am shocked he is still hired at that position. You guys call yourself an organization? How is this allowed in any shape or form? This is appalling. People get fired on a daily basis for this kind of behavior and I can see that there was multiple reports about him on here. It shows Purolator does not care at all.
