Huong did an excellent job repairing 3 of my broken nails and then did a manicure and gel polish. The hand massage at the end was nice touch.

Amazing. I forgot to grab the lady’s name but she was really amazing and talented. In the beginning she was going the extra mile and then when she heard I was in a rush she hurried so nicely. She did the nail art in about 15-20 minutes which is incredible because it’s not easy and she was still doing so good. I was really really pleased. Will definitely go back even though I live 30 minutes away. (Also got a pedicure which was really well done too)

This place is fresh and new, friendly, and great service. Mani & Pedi services are flexible, I ALWAYS get in with little if any wait required. Coming back again and again.

It's a good place to get your nails done. It is clean and everyone is friendly. Got a classic manicure and pedicure done. I didn't like the regular polish collection as it got chipped off in just 2 days. I took my own the next time, and it worked. They didn't mind using my own polish.

I am so incredibly happy that I’ve found this salon! The service is excellent and the talent of the artists is unmatched! I’ve never had someone explain to me what looks good for my nail shape and what not! So happy with this salon!

I got full legs and bikini waxing services. I have had over 30 years of waxing done, so its not a new experience for me. However this was a horrible experience. I have bruising on my upper leg and the so called ‘technician’ sprayed me with hot wax across my shirt and underwear!
The nail salon is large and spacious, but the waxing room is the size of a puny bathroom. The young woman who waxed me said she has been waxing for two years, but perhaps not many times! She did not hold the skin tight before pulling and pulled up, not across! Ouch! Especially in the bikini area! That is what causes the bruising!
She would also not adjust the table when I turned around to my tummy, it was very uncomfortable.

The salon is bright & clean. The staff are helpful & efficient. They take suggestions easily and listen when you ask them to do things. The pedicure chairs are awesome.

I sat at Rosie’s Nails for 20 mins with my feet in the water and the technician never came back. I went to Q nails and they got me in right away and it was so nice there. Very clean and very attentive care

I got a new set (nails) from Anna today, and she did an amazing job. She had great technique, and was professional and quick but not rushed. She took great care of my nails and was very kind. The salon and stations were very clean as well. Thank you, Anna!

They’ve always done my nails exactly how i wanted it and service is so friendly. Even the new technician did my blue nails really well, thank you to kim as well for fixing my nails when I broke them?

We recently visited Westgate Q Nails for my daughters upcoming wedding. They were extremely accommodating with all 7 of us. My daughter, her wedding party, and myself were treated with kindness and everyone was very satisfied with their pedicures. They provided sangria's in Champaign glasses and toasted my daughter. The extra touch was lovely. I would highly recommend Q Nails at Westgate! Thank you!

I've had my gel nails done here a few times because I live close by. They always do a good job and I haven't had my nails fall off as much as they have when I've has them done at other salons.

Kim was very professional, pleasant to talk to and did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails.
Once again Kim did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails. All the girls that work there are so nice and very professional.

My daughter and I walked in for mani - pedis and even though it was 530 they fit us in, and with nothing less than Amazing service! Thank you again ladies!

This is a very clean, friendly business, not crowded with good technicians. My regular place for pedicures.

This is the first time I visit this nails place, was greeted very quickly and polite, at a glance place looks very clean, due to the reviews I made the decision to go with Anna, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, professional, she removed my old shellac and did French shellac manicure it looks so good, what I enjoyed most was the conversation, the time she invested on my nails, my hand massage wow… Anna also took the time to introduce me to the owner Tina who has excellent customer care… Anna advise me of all the services they perform and the rewards points you earn with each visit… I think I have found my place to do my nails regularly.

Tina (owner and manager) goes above and beyond in customer service and Anna and the girls do amazing work. The decor is beautiful and relaxing and they make you feel spoiled and taken care of. I go in on my lunch break for a pedi and foot massage regularly, get my nails done, and get waxing / tinting. I don't need to use eyebrow pencil or mascara anymore!

I also work nearby in an assisted living facility, and often bring my clients to be pampered by the ladies. They are always patient, kind, and they go out of their way to make my clients feel comfortable. When they start with the hand or foot massage you won't want them to stop!

First time here. 3 adults + a 2 year old. Ladies were polite and very patient as we picked colors, etc. Very patient and accommodating with my 2 year old having her first "mani-pedi", even put on a kids show on TV for her. Reasonably priced, tons of colors to choose from, clean salon. Would recommend.
