My first time here and had such an amazing experience, the ladies here are so so sweet, they make sure you are comfortable and are always asking if you need a drinks and snacks. The lady that did my toes was so kind, my nails look gorgeous. I will be coming back here every time!

Hanh did a great service for my shellac manicure with a nice colour that I picked. Specially needing this service not only just to get it done but having a great service with everyone.

The guy didn’t cut my nails or cleaned them properly. What’s the point in paying for something then have to finish the job myself?

I needed my eye brows waxed and have had a hard time finding someone who does a great job till I stumbled across this place and sandy does such an amazing job not only that but she’s friendly, nice and make you feel like you’re friends.

The one and only time I have had my nails done and was more than pleased with the service I received. Everyone was so friendly and they pay attention to detail! I can be very picky when it comes to my nails and they were patient and polite through the whole process! I can't wait to go back and get my nails done again!

Girl I had was super good, 3 weeks later and my nails are still holding great. However, my best friend had them done at the same time and her nail tech was not as good and hers starting lifting after 2 weeks. Hit or miss!

I got acrylics put on on November 15. They are already coming off. Going to see if they can fix it

This review may be a bit late considering that I had gotten my nails done in January, but I have to say that I was very impressed with them. This nail salon is quite impressive and very well kept. The people who work there had remembered my name as well as my moms and got started on us immediately.the woman who worked on me was also very nice and engaged in a conversation with me. If I could I would give this salon a full 5 stars but the reason as to why I have cut off one star is because I had gotten a set of Acrylic nails done with gel nail polish on top. On the edges of each nail there wasn't full coverage of gel nail polish on the nail and there was a lot of ribboning happening on the edges of each and every nail. But other than that everything went pretty smoothly. I am going in to get another full set of acrylics tomorrow. Lets just hope that everything goes according to my plan!

Absolutely disappointed by my experience here. I was very excited to come here as the reviews were phenomenal. I am unsure of my nail techs name but as she was sanding my cuticles she kept getting distracted by the television. She would look up and literally watch tv for a minute at a time. As she was distracted she nicked my cuticles to the point of drawing blood not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. And then she pours this antiseptic on my three fingers that literally burned like hell. It was the worst experience I've ever had. To make matters worse, my three fingers got infected and I literally had to get antibiotics to clear it.

I was searching for a place to get my nails done for the longest while and a friend told me about Q Nails. I'm super happy with the outcome and I'll definitely be back. Lisa was amazing. Thank you

Got a new set of acrylics for the first time at Q nails yesterday and I am IN LOVE. Sandy was absolutely amazing, she was so friendly and very attentive whilst doing my nails. This is the nicest set of acrylics I've had in my three years of getting my nails done. I will definitely be coming back!

Average nails, I had a full acrylic set done and the edges had bumpy polish, they were slightly different lengths too but not the worst

The guy who owns is very nice, however, I paid $150 for my nails and pedicure with tip for my birthday and 5 of my nails fell off. I have never had nails fall off before maybe like one but NEVER five. They didn't tell me till after they were then also going to charge me for that as well. Not really impressed especially with such high ratings.

My Sister and I both had a new set of Arcrylics and pedicures done yesterday and we are SO impressed! The ladies were thorough and did an amazing job on our nails. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

I've gone to this Nails for 3 years and I highly recommend this salon. Very professional and friendly I enjoy every visit.

Came in last week to get my nails done and I am very much pleased with how I got my nails done. I’ve been receiving compliments after compliments on how they look, so thank you.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted immediately by the staff. They took me in right away as I had an appointment and asked me to wash my hands to get started. The staff is very professional and they know what they are doing. Variety of colours to choose from and staff are excellent in what they do. Place looks clean and kept which is a plus!

What to improve on in my opinion:
1) decor can be updated to make it more of a relaxing Yet modern place to be.
2) an album of all the nails they have done! This way customers like myself can get an idea of what we we want!
3) add prices and services on website
4) music to add more to the ambient

BUT with that being said I did like how the staff me feel comfortable. Best nails I have had in a long time. The location is good as there is parking and places to eat around the area. The nail place has nice big windows that allows for natural light to come in which is a big plus. Excellent place!

Very fast, friendly and great job on our nails. I'm not from Edmonton, but if I was, this would be my choice of salon.

I have gone to many different salons before, and I find that majority if not all rush to get you in and out so they can take the next client. To many salons you are just another number. Because of my previous experiences with salons, I was very hesitant to go to a new salon again. After seeing Steven's work on social media, I knew I had to get my nails done by him. Although it took awhile to get in with him, I can definitely say it was with the wait. By the time of my appointment my nails were very grown out. My pointer finger has always been a problem nail but he was able to make sure it was straight and perfect like the rest of my nails. Steven took the time to make sure my nails were perfect (almost 2 hours!). You can definitely tell Steven is passionate about his work, and takes his time to ensure you leave happy. After my appointment I was so in love with my nails that I needed to book my next appointment with him already. Thank you Steven! You have a new loyal customer

I have been coming here for close to 3 years now and you guys have been nothing but spectacular. I realized that I haven't written one review in those years, so i decided i needed to! Couldn't get in here to get my nails done in time for vacation, and I always always always make the mistake of going anywhere else because NOTHING compares to this place. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone who gets their nails done (not only that service, but its the one i come for the most). They genuinely care about how you like your nails and cater to whatever it is that YOU want. Not all about the money, like a lot of salons out there and wont let you leave until you're happy:)
