Honestly I love this place! Have been coming here for my nails, feet, eyebrow wax for YEARS. Have never had a negative experience. I bring my daughters and they love it too. Please come here you won’t be disappointed

Horrible customer service. You are not greeted or smiled at when walking in. Very greedy and dishonest. They will tell u a price and when it comes to paying will charge u a different price (higher obviously), so they will try to take advantage as best as they can.

. Absolutely will not recommend.

When you go to a nail salon you want to unwind and relax, this is not the place to do that.

Stop thinking that if u stand up for yourself and against what’s wrong that you automatically become a Karen, YOU DO NOT.

If you are told a price and are being charged a different price, YOU CAN SPEAK UP.

If you ask for a service and they try to give u more than what u want just so u can pay more, YOU CAN SPEAK UP.

If you DO NOT like how your nails turned out, PLEASE SPEAK UP.

***** Further to the response received from the salon, I did not make an appointment, it was a walk in and no one took my name (as it usually happens) when it’s a walk in, I wasn’t greeted really well to begin with. And as for the pricing, I walked in, looked at the prices, and then asked the girl that was working on us about it and she confirmed, when I went to pay I was charged more. When I asked her why, her excuse was ‘ those are old prices and the owner didn’t change them out ‘, so u can see from her response that she did that on purpose. Plz take into account, that I did not add anything to the service, no extras whatsoever.

It was my first time at the salon and was hoping it wouldn’t be my last, but after that I regret walking in.

I went there yesterday. And I’m not pleased with the service; they push you hard to pay “cash”. I ask for something and even though I’m the one paying they want to make something that is “easier and faster” for them. I felt I was rushed the entire time the lady that worked on me cracked one of my natural nails and acknowledged What she did but didn’t say sorry She continued to be very rough on my nails. And be aware they will change the price many times.

I got the regular spa pedi with shellac. The spa was clean, the ladies are friendly and the pricing for the services was decent.

Most of their reviews are clearly fake. Awful customer service, they’re clearly talking smack right to your face in another language. Would not recommend

I had one of the best pedicures and manicures today! I just moved to Edmonton and I was worried about having to find a new nail place, but I got lucky and tried this place first and it will be my new nail place. Vanessa paid such close attention to every detail which is not the case with all nail techs. Highly recommend

I frequent this location with my daughter. The ladies that work here are super accommodating when not having an appointment, patient with my daughters multiple color choices, friendly.respectful, and very polite. I love my nails every time.

I came to this salon with my girlfriend and I was astonished by the treatment they provided for us. Even though I did not receive any particular services, they were fairly nice and knew what they were doing. Next time I will 100% come here to get my toes done with my friend!

I paid almost $100 for basic red French tips? The lady that was doing my nails was very rude and kept getting mad at me for pointing out that the acrylic was cricked. Not happy with the service!

Best nail salon in Edmonton! I was out of town for a while and when i came back lina knew who i was and remembered every detail about me. The women here are so friendly and kind and they all take their time and make sure that their clients leave happy! Highly recommend ️

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to the dumb Karen who opened her trap and got shut up for speaking out of line while I tried dealing with the poor management. Nothing but poor quality, poor customer service, and lack of management training. Making false posts online is very pedi and immature. Thank you for making the holidays difficult I’ll save my self, friends and family the head ache and embarrassment of doing business at this establishment.

My all time favourite nail place! The girls here are so kind and fantastic at their work! Have been coming here since the summer when I moved close by and won’t go anywhere else, also got my nails done the other day and broke 2 after a few days? Which sucked but they booked me an appointment right away and fixed it no questions asked! Love these girls and will come back 1000%!?

Absolutely terrible experience.got a pedi and lower leg wax.they cut my toenails unevenly and infected my ingrown nail.lower leg wax was disgusting and unprofessional.i got a bunch of ingrown hairs even though i’ve been waxing for a decade now thus know how to care for skin waxing.but the wax was barely hot and resulted in broken hairs, meaning they were not pulled from the root as they’re supposed to.what’s worse is they charged $50.you could go to a reputable waxing salon and get your lower legs done for $30.that was my mistake for trusting a nail salon could do a decent job.

Could not even try this service out as when I booked an online appointment they turned me away and said to rebook the appointment or wait an hour because they had not looked at the Facebook booking page. I would suggest they remove the booking allowance on Facebook and only do call book ins so it does not cause confusion or frustration from both the customer and the staff involved. Especially if a customer has travelled far to be seen and quickly turned away if does not look good on the company to do so when you had already booked that day and time. I have not gotten my nails done there for some time now and have no further comments on the quality of the nails or the staff. Only that they should improve booking and communication with the customers.

This place is the best! All of the staff are very friendly, and remember you when you come back! Highly recommend. We try and go every 6 weeks, they're always so friendly!

Great pedicure and manicure service and the staff was accommodating to me. Very cozy and friendly environment!

Was referred by a friend to come here for a pedicure and it was all-in-all a great experience. The girls there do wonderful work!

I used to be very pleased with the service here but after yesterdays phone conversation, I will never return nor will I ever recommended anyone to prevent them being treated as poorly as I did. Initially I was very nice and patient on the phone but that changed after the lady was rude, impatient, talking over me, raising her voice at me, and not letting me get a word in until I raised my voice so she could listen to me the same way she expected I listen to what she had to say. She said she could fit me in on a day for shellac manicure and pedicure and then I changed it for my friend to get her nails done instead, she initially stated she won’t book her in as she needs to know what design and how many designs she wanted when i specifically told her multiple times to just book her and worse case she won’t have any designs if there’s no time and I was willing to send her pictures of the nails shortly after too. So after going back and fourth, she finally agrees to book my friend in, without taking her name or number down and just having my number in for that appointment, she messages me literally two seconds later saying that they don’t have that time anymore. After calling a second time, I asked what happened as we JUST booked it and confirmed it and everything, she tells me that they’re understaffed and the lady who was supposed to do my nails doesn’t do acrylics, which my friend wanted and I told her that’s what I was booking for. Terrible customer service! They should be calm and understanding to the customer, so they don’t lose another client, no matter the situation as I have worked in customer service for years and I was ALWAYS expected to be nice and listen to the customer even if they weren’t in the right.

Attention to detail was great and end result was terrific. However, if you're asking customer to be sure the shape etc is good for their liking, no need to get defensive if something is mentioned. You're still great at what you do and at the end of the day the customer is paying and looking at their nails daily.

I highly recommend this salon! They did an amazing job on my gel nails and pedicures every time. Definitely do a great job for a low price. They have some great colours available for nails as well. So so kind and very professional. I’m sad I moved away from Edmonton so I can’t go here anymore

The ladies there are always super helpful. They try to get you in as soon as possible and they always do a fantastic job.

Love the job both Lina and Holly do. I have been going since it opened. Lina does an amazing job with coming up with different ideas to do my nails. She keeps current with all the new fads and Techniques. I have little feeling in my feet and Holly ensures that when doing my pedi that there is no small cuts or issues with my toes. She is extremely gentle and thorough with examining my feet for any changes.

This place is the best! All of the staff are very friendly, and remember you when you come back! Highly recommend

The only place I will go for my nails! Lina always takes care of me! During Covid I have felt safe! Love all the ladies there! They always greet me and say hi!

Expect to set out up to 2 hours from your day to get a nail fill. The first 30 minutes will be you waiting to be seen. This happens almost every time I go. Then the remainder time will be someone going between you and other people. The nails are nicely done. However, it's a probably for me that you have to book appts but your time is not respected.

Had an appointment today, phoned to cancel. Other more important things to do. Whoever answered the phone, was extremely rude with her telephone manners. Hey do not resemble good morning or how May I help you. Very gruff and rude. The first impression one gets is from the phone and front desk. Did not leave a good impression for me. Rudeness is not something I care for

They so exceptional work and the lady's are all very friendly and calm atmosphere. Never had a problem been going there 3 years now.
