Horrible place. Technicians don’t know how to do nails and if you try to voice your thoughts they get offended and insult you in their language! Worst service ever. Never going back!

Sloppy. Don't waste your money. Nail was cracked before my color change so I asked the nail tech to glue it. It cracked through the shellac and I went back next day. Instead of repairing it, they put glue on-top of shellac and said that's all they can do. Now there's blob of glue on my shellac. Never coming back.

Been going here for a couple months now and I love it. Friendly, clean, timely, easy to book online.

Excellent service. I have brought my 3 and 5 year old a few times and they are patient and flexible and accommodating. Will definitely return.

I broke one of my nails at school but didn’t have time to go to the salon I got my set done, so I went to Qnails since it was close to my house. When I walked in, this one lady was about to seat me, but the other lady stops her and asks if I got my sets done here, I told her no and she says then I have to wait at least 20 minutes when most workers were just sitting down or on their phones. I waited then they seated me and this lady says they don’t have the same colour so it could be a different and i said it’s totally fine. She continues to file my nails effortlessly and cuts them extremely shorter than my other nails and when I pointed it out, she said it’s the same.she shaped my nails square and when I asked her I wanted coffin, she sighed and said you want coffin? Rudely. I know she can’t make it the exact same as I did not get my sets done here and I don’t expect it to be the same too but she wasn’t even going to put a base colour and when I asked her, she kept saying she doesn’t have the colour and said “why don’t you just go back to the salon. ” I was kind of upset and said okay I will do that and got up and she charges me for an unfinished nail. All she did was file it down, apply a bit of acrylics on top of my existing broken acrylics. When I asked her, she said if I got my nails done here, she could have done it for free but I didn’t therefore, still needed to pay for the products she put on my nails even if it’s undone. Frustrating experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back although most of my previous nails i got done here turned out really cute.

Overpriced. Disappointed, I went there 2 times first the smell is too bad inside and then even though I paid 85$ didn’t get what I expected. It was not worth of. For 15 mins service they charged 85$ that’s ridiculous.
Second time even though I reached there early they choose other client. Didn’t like it.

DO NOT GO HERE! I live northside and drove south to get to my appointment for 5: 00 pm. 5: 30 came around and I was still in the waiting area. A lady walked in for her 5: 30 appointment and was sited right away. Terrible service.

Just had the best pedicure and manicure ever. Kathy is amazing, very thorough, very precise, super relaxing.

I had to wait a few extra minutes for my appointment (nothing crazy) but the staff was incredibly accommodating and definitely made up for it. I love my nails!

Did a great job with my daughter, who is younger and a little hard to keep focused. Very patient with her. The pedicure was great, and I didn't feel pressured to do any add ons or extras.

One of the worst places to go to for appointments. We booked an appointment and when we arrived they said it would only be a 5 minute wait for the next nail tech. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes extra they didn’t get the colours right and didn’t want to fix it but ALSO told me that the wrong Color I wanted looked better than what I had in mind.

Please don’t go here if you want your nails done on time and how you want them to look.

Always make me beautiful. Recently moved to the city and had to leave my nail salon of 8 yrs. They definitely didn’t make me miss my old salon and made me feel welcome

I went for a pedicure and the girl who was assisting me just rush the process of cleaning my toe nails. She cuts them uneven and she did not even smooth the edge of each nails. She did not even let me wait to dry out the nail polished to. Never coming back here.

Omg Megan did an epic job on my Halloween nails I am overly happy with them and I will continue to go to her from now on. Less than an hour to do this as well absolutely amazing

I’ve gone to Q-Nails for a couple years now and every time I leave I’m extremely happy with my nails! The ladies there are wonderful and funny too.

Eva is my girl! All I do is sit down and she knows what to do. She’s the best!

My girl got her nails done here and was very satisfied with the result. The staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the work. She said she would come back again.

I had the best leg massage. So relaxing. THIS is why I pay for a good pedicure. It's all about the perfect massage!
And not to mention my toes and fingernails look awesome too!

They butchered my big toe and it got infected. Went there and showed pictures and they said it was ingrown and I said yes but that was other side of toe they would not take responsibility for there personal and there work.

Went for the first time over a week ago. My thumb nail always peels and did again. This salon fixed it for no charge today. They are very friendly and believe in customer service. I highly recommend this salon sadly I may have to move out of the neighborhood before my next manicure but will consider taking transit to visit these ladies.

Brought my girlfriend here since it was near our location. She said the technician Eva did a good job with her set of nails, she love the end result of it, Eva did exactly what she have wanted for her nails. The price was fair considering how beautiful they are, everyone was very friendly at the shop. Definitely one of the places she will considered coming back in the future if she wants a fancy set of nails.

My first time at this establishment.it started not bad, but as the time went by it worsened. The lady who did my pedicure didn't do a good job on the bottom of my feet, cut my toenails way to short and hardly spent anytime massaging my feet. She then proceeded to file my nails while I was still at the pedicure station. Never in all my experiences have had a worse gel nail refill. It was an antiquated half asinine job! My dog could do a better refill! Would not recommend this place at all!

What a great place! Nice and polite people working there. Clean place too. I don't understand the bad review here because the experience then gave to my wife and the quality of work is very good. Definitely will pay again for my wife to have some beautiful nails and a wonderful smile on her face

It was garbage place don't go there wht I show them do this type of nail they making excuses even I m taking appointments & I said do manicure they nathing to even my daughter nail r so bad they did they r doing money grabbing I never ever go there again it was worst experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Salon. I don’t know how they keep track of appointments as they don’t write anything down. Never on time and if you say anything to the owner she just flies off the handle yelling at you texting and speaking to the coworkers in their language. Not interested in doing a good job just fast and easy out the door. I will never go back!

I have never felt as bad as I did before from any one there as I did today. The girl doing my nails was more friendly to the girl waiting to have her nails done. She was to busy looking outside then paying attention to what she was doing. I have a bubble on my thumb right hand side. She never noticed when she was cleaning the nails. I know I am not a 20 something but really I was in for a manicure and a pedicure. You would think she might of Carey’s little more.

I didn’t get her name who did my nails but she did an amazing job on my nails! I’m really picky about shaping but she did not disappoint me.this salon was amazing, the set up is nice, clean and the ladies are so nice and friendly, & they’re good at what they do, I’ll definitely start coming here, thank you

This place has fixed my nails more than once. I tend to go longer than I should in between fills and through this whole lockdown up and down roller coaster, they have always made my nails looks amazing! Super friendly and professional

Couple year ago got my anniversary nails done, WOW just what i wanted, perfect skin tone colour i wanted, shape.

Girl was so nice, i did a late last minute walk in, they were very nice and took me in, and i would totally go there again!

After I got a full acrylic set done while visiting town, there were HUGE gaps left between my thumbnails and the fake nails. I had to go get the nails fixed at a different nail salon. These employees don't follow safe practices and I could have had a fungal infection develop with the gaps they left between my real and fake nails.

Thank you so much for all your kindness and professionalism. My 2 daughters and I will be back.

I’ve been going here for over a year and am always happy with my nails! The girls there are really nice and professional and the salon is very clean, if you’re looking for a place to get your nails done I would highly recommend!:)

These ladies are incredible. She did a marble effect on my nails FREEHAND. NO AIR USED, JUST HER HAND. Amazing! They are so nice, fast, gentle, and honest. If they don't like the colour or style you picked (because they are the pros and do this all day every day), they will invariably steer you to something better. I am always happy to let them have creative control! Highly recommend, will always return!

I have been coming here for a year now, and I have never been disappointed! The attention to detail is great and the ladies are very nice, they always make you feel welcome and never rushed. I have been serviced by Justine and Eva, and i loved both of their work, I really recommend them! The place inside is very clean and elegant.

I'm giving three stars because I usually have a really great experience here! The ladies are talented and do good work.however, my latest visit wasn't great at all. I booked an appointment for 1pm and when I got there all of the techs were busy with other clients they just started on. I said hello I have an appointment at 1pm.no one acknowledged me.they were running behind, thats okay no problem, but they did not acknowledge me.no one offered to let me look at any colours or anything as I sat down and waited for one of the techs to finish up.after waiting for a half hour, one of the techs came over and tried to take another girl waiting for a pedicure who came in after me and I interrupted and said "are you kidding me? " another girl ran over and helped me. I told her I don't mind being patient and waiting for you to finish up your appointments but no one acknowledged me or told me how long I'd be waiting for. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment, I waited a half hour, and then they tried to take someone else before me when I had made an appointment. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted.iridescent polish on clear nails.the tech made my nails chrome and when I tried to interject and tell her this isn't what I asked for, she told me I was wrong and that they're the same it's just the picture.

I tried to tell you I was not happy and you told me I was wrong.the picture I showed you was an iridescent polish on clear nails.you made my nails chrome. I said this isn't the same as the picture and you told me it was the same but it wasn't. I did not want chrome.

Went here just to check it out since it was close to my place and I won’t be going back. I wanted gel on top of my real nails and the girl told me it would be $45 instead of $55 because I wasn’t getting color.but at the end of it they offered me this very sheer pink top coat and ended up charging me the $55 since it wasn’t a straight clear top coat.my nails don’t even look like they have color on them.like seriously? UPDATE TO REPLY: The bottle said pink top coat, it was not a “see through color”

Wow, the worst nail service I have ever had. I have had some bad services done by Q nails before but this one was by far the worst. The people working there were rude and disrespectful and their lack of communication skills ruined my nails because they did not give me what I wanted. When I asked for specific shapes and colours they just kept saying "2 colours" when I asked for 3. The person filing my nails got distracted and filed my nail way too short and just said "sorry, mistake" which I was really disappointed with. Also, they had 3 people working on my nails and 1 was in training and I was still charged the full $55 PLUS a $7 service fee, like what is that. They also laughed at me when they made mistakes. I can't afford to just go get new nails and now I have to wait for a whole month to change them. All this being said, Q-nails is not a good place to go to get your nails done, there are way way way better independent people who do amazing jobs and are friendly and run their business well. I will not go back to Q nails again but specifically, not to this one.
