Burton Services has been using them n they have been great. The store manager has been above n beyond helpful.

Managers provide a “Don’t give a ” attitude until someone from the office speaks up, then you are always to blame. Training is non existent. Half the staff started at one job and then bounced around until they are doing five jobs (but paid for one).

Complaints are not heard, upper management is disassociated with Laborers. Entire staff is divided into Labor/Manager/Office and communication between these groups is minimal at best.

Tools directly relate to accomplish your job are broken, breaking, don’t exist OR are shared between several areas.

Shipping versus manufacturing mentality. Shipping always loses.

Major decisions determining the flow and functionality of accomplishing your work are made by office manager staff, who have very little to no idea what it takes OR how long it takes to accomplish said work.

You will be told that safety is a priority. You will be advised that you can refuse unsafe work.
BUT - You will also be expected to perform extremely dangerous work, daily, and refusing to do so will get you fired.

You will be expected to lie to an auditor and participate in hiding products as well as an ENTIRE storage building that holds product that will never, ever sell.

You will be expected to lie.

The company buys parts from China, and they are hidden from auditors.
