A great hotel located the view is awesome love it. The price in pretty low compared to the other hotels I searched around the area.

Stopped to reserve a room. Web site quoted 109.00. Third party booking. But 149.00 senior rate. Rooms were nice just noisy with a team staying close to our room. Lots of door banging and voices. King bed was comfortable and balcony that was a nice view. Free breakfast. So that helped with the price. Close to IGA. Right off highway. Place was very clean. Big TV.

Absolute filthy place. Room to be green means they won't clean your room to help the environment while saving money on cleaners and your comfort. 4 days still not cleaned once. The only good reviews are from tourist who spend no more than a night here. Absolutely disgusting and the breakfast compared to other places locally is also trash. Black out curtains suck if you're night shift. As far as hotels with big names go, the Quality Inn in Drumheller is a nasty place to stay and our employer agreed to never send workers there again. Absolute dirt bags who run this place. Save money by not doing any work and charge you premium prices.

Great view of downtown Drumheller. Balcony to get some fresh air. The bed was very comfortable. Slept so well. Almost better than home. The microwave is too small for popcorn but coffee was good. Breakfast was great. Make your own waffles. Haven't had waffles in years. Sausage, eggs, fruit and more.

Busy hotel, very strict on check-in times, would not even consider check-in before 16.00. Rooms are outdated, breakfast is okay, but very busy.

Do not book this hotel. An honest and detailed review:
First off, check in is at 4pm, very late if you plan on doing anything. One guest left their luggage at the hotel and went sightseeing but they never offered us that option.
When it was time to check in, the staff said it would be a two minute wait as they were doing a final check of the rooms and would let us know shortly when the room was ready. They did not. We watched several other guests get their keys and finally after about 7 minutes we went up and asked for ours to which the staff said "oh yes, here it is! ". They had been sitting there waiting after they told us they would bring it over.
The room. While the room was not the dingiest we have encountered, it had quite a couple flaws. Let me begin by saying we asked for a pet friendly room. They put us on the THIRD floor which was a huge inconvenience taking the dog out to the bathroom. We've stayed at pet friendly hotels before and the rooms are always on ground level for this reason. No bowls or food dishes either (most hotels provide) so make sure you don't forget yours at home!
There were tons of scratch marks along the wall, dents and missing pieces of wood throughout the room. To top it off the shower had a huge giant yellow stain. We've attached pictures below.
THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE ROOM. We were charged almost $300 for one night, we expected much better and updated rooms. Oh and the elevator is a little scary and outdated. They have a sign inside saying it's an older system that doesn't use hydraulics and that's why it jolts when you reach your chosen floor. We paid the price of a 4 or 5 star hotel and received a 2 star experience. Quality of a motel that you would pay about $100 for. Not worth it.

Great rooms and very clean, beds were very comfy aswell. Breakfast was included, and there was more variety than we expected. The staff was keeping the area clean and reffiling items the entire time! Great service overall

Rooms smell of stale cigarette smoke. Rude staff. Overpriced. Beds are tiny & bathrooms are horrible in room.

Friendly and helpful staff, the only issue I had was the shower was not levelled properly, always leaving a small puddle of water. Breakfast was well prepared too.

We stayed at the hotel in July, 2023. The hotel was clean with pleasant decor. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast had a great assortment and the dining room was sizeable. The views were fabulous.
We had a Queen bed and a pull-out couch. The bed was comfy, the pull-out couch was not.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again if I’m ever in Drumheller for another visit.

Clean hotel, great location, breakfast was great. Good parking and has a grocery store nearby.

It definitely is a 2 star hotel. The rooms were clean but we had a 5th floor north facing room in a wild thunderstorm. The high winds caused the windows to rattle, made the air conditioning unit whistle, and the room literally was shaking.
When we asked for a new room (mid point in a long drive and sleep was needed) the concierge was absolutely amazing and found us a room on the south side that was very quiet. So for that, they get 4 stars instead of a lot less!

Bed was straight steel springs, I could hear the neighbour's in the rooms next door and up above. And the food, dear God, was terrible in the morning. The apples litterly where old with black mold on them and burnt coffee

Rooms are spacious, clean. Beds, pillows are comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast had a pretty good selection.
Only downside is the blinds don’t do a great job of darkening the rooms during the bright alberta summer night sky. But even that is minor. We would stay here again. Love the location, close to freson brothers grocery to grab a few groceries. Close to downtown Drumheller so you could walk there.

Very clean rooms but we did not get a balcony which we wanted

The worst hotel with possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Not only are they non responsive to any inquiries they are also have inept staff who provide false impressions and waste your time. The manager at this hotel feels too important to care and has no idea what customer service is even about. If you are ever desperate for a place to stay I would recommend staying in your vehicle or by the road side atleast you have no regrets as a paying customer. Absolutely horrendous

Had a great stay for a last minute trip. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Super comfy beds. Nice rooms. The morning breakfast was really good too. Love the waffle maker

Value for money. Nothing extravagant but nothing to complain about either. Breakfast was decent.

Not a bad place to stay but it’s very uncomfortable when you have the workers all 6 of them laughing at customers as they have their breakfast. Very unprofessional for foreign workers to treat actual Canadians like this
All 6 standing and talking and I had to tell them to clean the kitchen floor as it was all muddy and they all standing and laughing instead of doing there job!
