Quality Hotel & Conference Centre

Have stayed at this location numerous times over the past 3 years and never a problem on our most recent stay we came back to our room on the second night to find it not cleaned nor refreshed we called down to the front desk to inquire and were told that the rooms are only cleaned every other day we were “told” we could come down and read the sign at the front lobby!? !? !? There was NO offer to bring fresh towels or bags to collect the trash!
I will NO longer stay at this hotel and share my experience!

Nothing special at all, you can hear your neighbors quite well, they need to update everything from the 90s era. Rooms are ok. Very outdated.

After staying in a hotel for 2 weeks because of being evacuated from ft.chipewyan, the staff at the Quality Inn have been absolutely wonderful and we would like to thank them for all their kindness and consideration during these difficult times.

Good value, with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. They even let me use their freezer to store my bear after a successful hunt.

After hosting The oil Sands Open Dart Tournament in April 2023, having approximately 472 participants for a 3 day event our Committee would like to give a thumbs up to the Management and Staff of the Quality Hotel & Conference Centre. They went above and beyond to accommodate all guests and participants.
Restaurant and Bar area had exceptional hours and service. Highly recommend this facility for any small or large event.

Good place to stay during work trips. Clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly service. Thank you.

Very frustrated, have been here 3 days and have not had a hot shower, not even Luke warm the whole time I've been here. Told to let the water run, how long do I have to let it run? Let it run 25 min still no hot water. Would not stay here again.
Room was clean and bed was comfy

Had maintenance in 3 times so far for repairs, must say they were prompt and friendly. Housekeeping crew were awesome and friendly.

I would stay here again. The place has nice rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and enjoyable sports bar. As older patrons we would appreciate more regular table height seating as the higher chairs and tables are harder for many seniors to use. But overall very nice regardless!

Fire place didn't work, jacuzzi tub didn't work. I didn't expect much, just for things to be functional would be nice. No help from front desk. It's an old place and won't be staying again.

Nice enough inn, not dirty staff are nice, I wouldn't call it "Quality" tho just looks dated

Exactly what you’d expect from a Quality Inn. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The downside is every room is a far walk from the front desk and turns staying here into a real hike.

A very ugly hotel.worse than a motel.the baldy receptionist asked me for a Canadian ID more than twice until I got annoyed and told him that I was Mexican and that's why I had my passport in my hand and he started making fun of my name because he couldn't pronounce it.poor person.the rooms stink the corridors too.there is no switch to turn on the light near the door so you enter in the dark. I stayed two nights and they never cleaned three bags of garbage that were in the hallway. The hot water comes out in the middle of the bathroom and burns you.the air conditioning stopped me more than 4 times to turn it on, why did it turn off? Every 3 or 5 min.the only good thing I saw is the buffet breakfast and the good attention of the man who receives your ticket that they give you.from there on out, this hotel is very ugly if you can call it So.

Its just on the edge of town off the main road, so its quiet. Nice lobby and two resturants. Gym on main floor. Lots of parking for small or large vehicles. Prices are fair.

I can't say enough about this hotel! And not to the good.we checked in and ready to pay cash they said no cash only credit cards I asked what about debit, no again, so gave credit card they gave a 2 complimentary breakfast and 10 percent off at the den.we ll proceeding to the room the carpets leading was so worn out some spots were getting to the plywood.next in our room, I swear these mattresses were well into a 15 year mark sinking into it.we just slept with our clothes on anyways slept on top of the covers.next went to the den had a usual bar food couple of drinks, headed back to room via desk resturant way my wife spotted a mouse loose in the darkened resturant, informed 3 staff and they looked shocked, and oh no.night passed went downstairs to checkout said I pay now, no need we already put it through clerk said, I looked at the kitchen where they were serving breakfast, and asked did you solve the mice problem, she asked what mice, I informed her that we notified the staff last night of the problem she said she didn't here anything.so now I'm confused, I asked her you don't accept cash or debit cards? She says debit we do not cash. I said your running a confused organization are you not, no response! I gave her breakfast tickets back, and she responded like are you not going to eat. I said the resturant shouldn't even be opened, until you solve the mice problem.i don't eat mice droppings so this place is my opion
