We shopped around for new countertops and these guys were the best in every way. From the showroom to installation, everyone was great, including the subcontractor they had to do our backsplash. We'll use them again for sure.

We’ve now had Quantum Kitchen do 3 projects in 3 of our properties and they have turned out perfectly every time. From the great service in the storefront to the accurate measurements and then the super hardworking and professional installation crew, they are amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for countertops and I recommend them all the time. They are the best!

Quantum was fantastic to deal with at their office, over the phone and in our home. We were able to pick our granite and see it in a warehouse. They had a great selection of sinks that matched our tastes. The installation was well explained and went seamlessly.

Just such a positive experience having Sonia and staff assist me in selecting new countertops. Having the large slabs of quartz to view really helped me visualize the final product. Price was great and everything was completed as scheduled. Service and product are top notch.

In order of things. Great sales and personality, on time for measurements, on time to install, exceptional service great follow up. As a contractor dealing with many suppliers/installers across Canada.

Carlos and his staff were very professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions. The main counter was at an odd angle that I was concerned about, but quantum made it work without any seams in any of my counters! We didn't have to wait very long for installation which was very much appreciated. I love the look of my new counters and I highly recommend Quantum Kitchen Counters! Thank-you Carlos

I’m late posting this review as Quantum replaced my parents’ countertops last winter and we were extremely pleased with the entire process from selection to installation. Even after installation was complete the service was excellent. We needed one small portion of the quartz looked at, the company replaced the entire slab (which was very big) with no questions asked. All of the staff we dealt with were helpful, kind and considerate. We have since referred other friends to quantum as well and we would absolutely do business with them again. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices.

Our experience with Quantum was excellent! Dealing with Karen to pick out our countertops and backsplash was an easy process. She also suggested the Dekton we put on our fireplace! Leo and Diego did our install and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our install. They worked tirelessly getting the install done as there were a few challenges! They are excellent at what they do. From start to finish we are satisfied with Quantum!

All of the staff at Quantum are amazing to work with! I recently had them do a vanity top for my bathroom reno, and they knocked it out of the park. So happy with the service and installation of the quartz, 10/10 recommendation for sure. I will be using them again when it is time for my kitchen renovation.

We were really happy with the work done by Quantum. The in-store staff were very helpful. They came out to measure and later install. The turn around was quick and the quality of the install was wonderful.

The countertops are gorgeous. The service was fantastic. There were three stand-out parts of the service. The first is the price. The second is that they had sample cabinets with different wood colors in store, so we could put them against the sample stone in different lighting. They were also the only place that let us take a sample block of stone home with a small deposit so we could see it in the real lighting in our kitchen.

There are two minor reasons they aren't 5 star, however. We needed a piece that was too large to be part of one slab so it has a seam. We discussed putting the seam by the sink but it isn't so it's very visible. Another is that the top of our dishwasher was secured to a particle board countertop before the new stone countertop. The replacement was made without discussing a problem with this to us, so now the dishwasher tips forward when you pull out the racks while they have stuff in them, and there's no real way to get at the security screws to fix it properly without cutting things apart again.

I am so impressed with this company! We had a very small job to be done and they were amazingly helpful in getting the job done quickly. We absolutely love our new vanity counter. From the initial call for information to the end of the installation Quantum Countertops did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!

I can not say enough about the professional and friendly service I received from Quantum Kitchen Countertops! From the moment I opened the door and was greeted by Karen to the final installation, every one was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. They fully understand the time and money commitment of the homeowner and are willing to work with you, not against you. I'll be using Quantum for my bathroom projects this spring, without question! We love the counter we picked, and it looks great. The problem was with the installation. They dented and took paint off the one bathroom wall, which was just redone. When I mentioned this to one of the installers, he simply shrugged his shoulders. They only put silicon around our ensuite and the half bathroom, so I asked why and was told to go buy grout and use that because the space was too large for silicone but when checking the kitchen, where there is no space, they didn'tsilicone that either. So I said, " we have to buy it and do the work ourselves? " He said yep. After spending the money we did on new counters, why in the world would we be responsible for finishing their work! But the real kicker was finding the chip out of our new laminate floors, which they attempted to cover up by using silicone to put the piece back. We will never use them again and certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Extremely happy with their service, pricing and quick turn around times! I am a builder who recently switched from flo form to Quantum Kitchens!

Quantum was good to deal with and have given us a very good price. Any concerns were resolved professionally in a timely manner. We are happy with the final result and that everything was completed as promised. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking to renovate their kitchen.

We had been looking around for quartz countertops for our kitchen, but were not impressed with the selections or barriers to getting an estimate. We almost settled for countertops that we weren’t excited about, when we went into Quantum Kitchen Countertops on a whim. Karen had someone out to take measurements that afternoon and an estimate soon to follow. We now have beautiful countertops (within two weeks)! Highly recommend!

I had a horrible experience with Quantum Kitchen. The first time they installed my countertop, it had several dents, one on the edge that they managed to smooth out right on the spot, and numerous ones inside the stone right on the front above the dishwasher. When they came back to look at the damages, they decided it was faulty product and will be replaced under warranty. I asked the office why they failed to check the unit was in a good condition before they let it out of the shop. Highly unpleasant sales representative's response was we guarantee the product will be installed within two weeks, you would not be happy if it was delayed. To that my response was you think that I'm happy now having a defective unit installed within the time frame? Totally don't understand this logic. Anyway, after a few increasingly unpleasant conversations they came and installed the replacement countertop, broke the sink in the process, replaced it with one that has some defects underneath and I am not sure how it will fare in the daily usage over time. Next day I noticed something strange, the countertop is cut uneven, on either side of the dishwasher the depth has. 5 cm difference which makes my dishwasher look crooked and ruins the total look of the kitchen. And they fail to address the issue refusing to answer my phone, email or voicemail. I don't know how the company that claims best customer service can not only install faulty product TWICE but totally disregard the customer like that. This is appalling! I can promise you I will not leave this like that!

Very satisfied right from the initial greeting, allowing us space to wander and ponder. I had many questions and each time I was replied to with patience and clarity. The designer explained in detail the layout so the pattern would look the best and joint lines minimal. The counters were installed exactly when they promised - installers were professional, friendly.
