I see this clinic is highly rated, but this was my experience…

First of all, I would give half a star if I could! This chiropractic office seems like an assembly line set up and a money-grab! After a 5-minute assessment with the doctor, I was taken to another room where an assistant came in with a laminated sheet, showing the doctor’s recommendation of nine sessions. Given that it was a laminated sheet, it was hardly a personalized recommendation. Even though I told them I would only do a maximum of six session, they booked me for nine, plus a 45-min follow-up reassessment. On my first appointment, I was told to go to a table, which was in a line-up of four tables with fabric dividers between the tables. How about some privacy? In assembly-line fashion, the doctor proceeded to see and adjust each patient for no longer than 5 mins per patient. She did the exact same procedure at each of my four sessions, asking me the exact same questions about my pain. After four sessions, I am in more pain than when I started. I was told I will feel more pain for 24 hours before feeling better. Well, I’m still waiting….

A friend has since recommended that I see her chiropractor and even though I am reluctant to step foot in another chiropractic office, I don’t see any other choice, as the pain is overwhelming at times. My friend assures me that she has never had more than 3 sessions with this doctor and they never prebook appointments ahead of time. Good thing, because I only have enough coverage left now for a couple sessions, then I’ll be paying out of pocket!

I was very nervous going to a chiropractor for the first time. I just wish I went sooner. Dr. Claudia Sacco is amazing and all her staff are so nice and friendly and helpful.

I have been here twice now and the service is phenomenal.everyone is so kind and personable, they really take the time to get to know you and ensure they address all your concerns, and you can tell Claudia cares about each of her patients.definitely recommend!

Reception called to cancel my chiropractic appointment with three hours notice. They do not do-treat which is a valid reason. However, this information was on my file already from intake for massage. Due to poor client relations I will not be back for any services.
