Quesada Burritos & Tacos

The customer service here needs to up its game. They are not friendly or accommodating especially the woman that was working here. The male tried to make things better and was a lot nicer, however the attitude the two gave especially the woman was unnecessary. Will not be returning

Great, quick place for lunch if you hankering for a burrito. Great portion size to price ratio.

Seem to use high quality ingredients. Fresh and tasty.

Not a place I’d sit down and eat, but would order takeout/delivery. Enough chairs for quick lunch, but it’s not that kind of place to chill and eat.

Went in today at 1: 15pm and it was quite the popular place! The kind lady working, I believe her name was Pahl was incredibly fast, super friendly and was patient when I was unsure of the ordering process. I will definitely be inclined to stop by more often (:

Was there Sat july 29/23 service was so great. She was so busy and by herself. She was also dealing with a complete dink in front of us and she kept being polite. Love this place food is always amazing. The staff are hard working and polite.

If I could give zero stars I would due to the fact that the food was terrible it made me sick 30 min after eating it aswell has the lady behind the counter was absolutely rude and seemed annoyed that I asked her to speak up cause I couldn’t hear here due to the fact that the tv was way to loud I will not be returning ever to this restaurant and will be letting people know about how bad the service was

The food was fabulous! I had a spicy Drunken Chicken with the hot salsa and pickled onions and it was scrumptious! The staff are very personable and there is pride in all that they do!

Excellent flavors.

It was slow so service had no problem on my complicated order of two 14x burritoes.

I have been going here since they opened. The owners are phenomenal and the food is always great. He has remembered my name and order even when months have passed.

Just want to share my worst experience of my life. There is one girl working there maybe she is gujrati/ punjabi. She don’t know how to talk to the customer. She was very rude with me. Manager please look into this issue. Will never come to this store again.

I came here for lunch recently. In terms of food, I tried ground beef burrito. There is quite a bit of good quality food, especially for the price.

Place looks great from the website, but the service was horrible. Rice was very under cooked. I appreciated the vegan options but I wouldn’t go back

I eat here quite often since I work nearby, especially on taco Tuesday! Vail (not sure how to spell her name) is always very friendly when I visit. The tacos and burritos are always delicious

Usually this location is our go to spot, customer service has always been great with the male owner working there. Tonight on the other hand, the female working was very obvious that she didn't want to be there nor serve customers, very sad that you get constant eye rolls when ordering your food.very disappointing service

This place is my favourite burrito spot. The only place I go! Service is always friendly and efficient! Highly recommend

Good food, but they’re running the place like a day care. Kids climbing on everything, running in and out of the kitchen. Not very professional.

Food was alright, tried Churros with Nutella and Caramel with a Burrito, it was alright. Customer service is also 4/10. Mostly frozen to quickly made bites. Nachos were okay as well.

Rude female working here.she didn't want to let me get 2 sauces and put hot sauce in my wife's tacos when she said she wanted mild

If you like Mexican tacos or American tacos this is the place to go! I consider myself more of a taco bell over taco time! Well this place has both! Make your own tacos and much more! Been there twice now and always so friendly and helpful!
If you love tacos like me, go check this place out! You wont be disappointed 10/10

Food was ok but Worst customer service I have ever seen. Female employee was so rude. Would never go back there.

This spot gives friendly fantastic service and enjoyable food. The best Mexican Like fast food restaurant in the Sherwood Park. The meals came out quickly and the rates were fair. I recommend this place.

Great Mexican option in Sherwood Park. Very friendly menu towards vegetarian/vegan (have novel toppings (pickled onions and coleslaw in addition to all the regular toppings). The vegan sauce is a welcomed option too. The staff (owners) were very friendly and welcoming.

Wasn’t blown away by this place. I could barely understand the person helping me. And I’m sure they couldn’t understand me. The regular burrito is no where near the size there advertising. I’m good with with never going here again. There’s better Mexican restaurants in the park. The two stars are for having a clean establishment and fresh ingredients.

Ordered catering, and the service was very pleasant and communicative. The order was prepared well, the food was excellent for a larger group, and we had several check-ins to make sure everything was right. Would use again for a business lunch.

Maybe it's a bad day when I went, but the food was incredibly below par.very stingy on the meat, the chicken tasted and had the texture as if it was steamed. The chips were just not edible, smelt like a cardobard box that was stored in my grandma's house for 20 years.disappointed as the reviews seemed really good. I honestly would rather eat 5 hour old Taco Bell.

This place is very clean and bright. The service is of great quality and the food is tasty. I like the filling of variety for burritos very much, and my daughters like tacos. We would visit there again.

I used to eat at Quesada when I lived in Toronto for a few years. Thank god and Quesada to open store in Sherwood park

Had lunch there today and brought some co-workers with me. Had a large bean burrito bowl with hot sauce on the side. I swear I had an out of body experience because of the real fresh Flavours.the test were amazing, price is super affordable. Will likely be eating there once a week at least.and also staff and honor of the store are friendly and smiling.

The food is fantastic here I've never been to one before this one but honestly it was a great first, second, third impression all thanks to the absolute best service and fresh food Thank you for my new favorite place.

A very depressed Chipotle.

Staff appear defeated and unmotivated.

Portion sizes observed are very small and the ingredients look like they've been sitting around for too long.

The interior of the business looks clean and very presentable.

Sadly as a "Mex" offering this place doesn't put in the work as this style requires a lot of preparation and freshness is key.

This place looks and feels like it would deliver more misses than hits.
