Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Absolutely fantastic tasting food. Definitely recommend to everyone passing through Airdrie.

I decided to try Quesada for the first time, last week. I had to order takeout as I was working from home, and decided on the nachos as I like simple pleasures haha. I was shocked to find that the chips were thicker then normal, which actually made them really great for take out as the nachos were still very crisp even though they had a 10 min drive to my house, and the flavor was really good. I love the green salsa verde, and the cilantro mayo! Bascially, im writing this review to say dont shy away from the nachos if you are ordering takeout.the chips are fresh, and just simply salted and well, i was so impressed that ive had them 3 times since last week haha. It is expensive for nachos to get them on Skip, BUT when they are this good? Pfft. Why not.haha thank you so much!

This place also plays itself off as Ricky Ticky Tacos. The food was great, but lying about your name, having a whole another website with no correlation between the two is a bit shady.

One of my go to lunch spots. Always friendly service and they treat you like friends. Great spot to eat

Amazing food and amazing staff never had that tasty quesadilla before. The owner and staff was very friendly gave me even extra salsa free of cost. The food was very fresh and testy like home with full of ingredient. Thanks guys keep rocking. Will come definitely again.

I ordered chicken quesadillas from this place through Skip the Dishes and they arrived burnt! Obviously, I couldn’t eat them!

Just wanted to add the owner seems like an amazing person. They have the free lunch thing they do with people who pay ahead. Also one time the debit went down and he gave everyone their food for free no problem. Thanks guys you are the best!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is beyond friendly and will always give you suggestions about different things on the menu. And the food is always fresh and all made in house. It's good to know that their food does not come packaged in the plastic bag. This place is amazing!

Ordered lunch for everyone at work by sending an image of the order and Parneet made the process hassle free and the whole order was ready for pick up in 25 mins.will definitely do this again!

I went here for dinner and have never been to a Quesada before. It is like a Mucho Burrito but better. There are some better options for the burritos, they have burrito bowls, and tacos. I made my meal a combo which came with a fountain drink and chips and salsa. I ordered medium salsa on my burrito but hot salsa with my chips. I am really good with spicy food and the hot is pretty hot! I quite liked it here and I would go back!

It was my first time and really enjoyed burrito. Great service and super friendly staff. Great food and huge portion load with so many toppings.

Not impressed with the quality of food given. Kids menu is minimal, and apparently the chicken wrap only includes chicken and cheese nothing more.when having asked for other ingredients I was given an attitude on how it's hard to wrap a small wrap and ended up with a crumpled ball of food for my son. As for the taco bowl I ordered, very minimal ingredients added as well as charged extra for guacamole that was browned and bitter. And a huge splash of habanero over the top rather than the side.
Lady seemed semi please to have a customer on a crazy snowy day.
I wont be back. For the amount spent not worth the lack of quality and hassle.:/

Had my first burrito from them today. Had the maple bacon special and boy was it yummy! Quick service, good prices, great food, nice people. I will be back!

Good and healthy food options. Staff is very generous when it comes to serving. Our family prefers this location.

Last week I visited to this store and they greet me well. There service was very nice and food was very delicious and they have variety of taste.i love it.

What a pathetic service by greedy owner (Zalak) of the restaurant.
I asked for little extra sauce in my burrito and she said she dont know how to wrap if she put extra sauce, then I asked to give on side she tried charge me $1 for each sauce i was gonna put in my burrito, when asked where is the exrta sauce menu she said its not on menu but we charge it if u want extra sauce. I was so disappointed that she is using this trick to make more money.
When I said I never paid any extra penny in any other queseda for extra sauce, she rudely said that "go somewhere else and eat ". Also she said if u want extra sauce on burrito I have to wrap my own burrito as she doesn't know how to wrap it.

Queseda make best burritos and I enjoy eating them on regular basis. Never had this kind of issue in any other location that owner/employee of restaurant telling customer to go somewhere else and eat because they didn't make extra money for sauce (which is not even displayed in Queseda's Menu)

This is how owner thinks and probably teaching same to their employees.

Their employees are good, once I gave them a tip and they told me not to give a tip as it directly goes to their owners pocket.

QUESEDA FRANCHISE SHOULD TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS AND MAKE SOME STANDARDS SO EVERY LOCATION TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS SAME. AND MAKE THEIR HIDDEN EXTRA MONEY MAKING MENU AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMER.

I ordered spicy chicken bigass burrito meat portion is very good if you order one burrito you will be full for the rest of the day, the employee was generous in putting sauce in fact they gave me some sauce on the side aswell, if you are hungry and wants to eat something healthy this is the right place for you, restaurant was very neat server is very informative about what goes good with spicy chicken, he offered me cilantro lime sauce and chipotle sauce the combination of those two sauces makes it more flavourfull, as always this place rocks, thank you and appreciate it for the good customer service will definitely visit again and again

Worst customer service, rude employees and really cheap attitude.like even subway beside them a bigger name dont charge for extra toppings and these people are ripp off.quesada franchise should look into this particular location

Extremely disappointed with the amount of meat they put on my quesadilla. Not consistent, as I saw them put twice the amount on the quesadilla for the lady behind me. I initially thought (although very little) that was the regular amount, so it feels quite crappy so see someone else get more right in front of you. Paying the extra $1 for guacamole is not worth it at all. They literally took a tiny bit and attempted to scrap it all over. You can barely taste it because it there really isn't anything there to taste. Subway puts more guacamole on my sandwich and charges $0.75. They give more to some and less to others but charge the same. Never going back.

I have never had such excellent customer service at a fast food place, the way I did at Quesada in Airdrie. Also, despite being fast food, the ingredients were good quality and tasted delicious. It was our first time trying Quesada, and I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and how much of an effort they put into ensuring we had a good experience. The staff even made the effort to ask us about our meal and explain more about the ingredients, all with a smile. Super impressed! Keep up the great customer service! We will definitely be back!
