Quest Braces

Came in to get braces, not only were the staff there fantastic, they were super helpful! While getting my braces on they taught me how to file my taxes, how to invest in the stock market, and helped me with my back pain! Definitely recommend coming here!

Amazing experience for the last couple of years with Quest. Dr. Mo takes the time to make sure my daughters teeth are perfect. The whole team is amazing always!

Dr. Mo and all of the staff were very lovely. I just wish that some things had been explained to me a bit better. Often I felt like they were understaffed and overbooked during my treatment.

After 1.5 years of Invisalign I was talked into getting braces and ended up having them on for 6 months when it was only meant to be 2 weeks. I felt pressured into getting braces, maybe it was quicker and easier than ordering more aligners. I didn’t realise how painful and invasive braces are, especially to remove and no one had explained how to use the dental wax to protect my mouth until weeks later when my mouth had already been cut up from the metal. Having braces was a lot more maintenance than Invisalign and made me feel self conscious. I feel this is what changed my overall experience with the clinic and wish I had just stuck with aligners.
I also wish that there had been more communication with the reshaping of my teeth. I had pointy canine teeth, which I liked and felt suited me, I feel the reshaping made my teeth look too rounded and my two front teeth look uneven lengthwise. I preferred them a little bit imperfect and longer as it suited me and made me feel like myself. Overall my teeth are much better than they were before so thank you.

10/10 recommend this place. Dr Mo is an amazing doctor he makes sure you are happy with what you leave with! Tzeen is a super lovely front desk and she is always super welcoming to me every time I have been there!

I could not give a better review for this business. They are so organized, professional and easy to deal with. They are on time for your appointment, never make you wait very long to get in a chair or see Dr. Mo, and overall are easily the most professional source for Braces in Airdrie. There is another outfit in town that my daughter has been a patient at who could really take some lessons from Quest. I have two more kids that will need braces and this will be the only business I use. The whole Quest Braces team should be very proud of their operation that they are part of.

Absolutely amazing. They care for everyone so much and when you walk into quest orthodontics you feel so welcomed. Their team goes above and beyond for everyone. Can’t thank them enough for everything they do!

We drive from Innisfail to go here because they are so amazing. We would honest probably drive 2 hours to go to this place just because they are so amazing to deal with.

We had a great experience. The whole team made my very anxious daughter (age 8) feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole process.

I can't say enough about the team at Quest. As a child my parents hadn't been able to afford full and proper dental care and its created problems my whole life. When I was in my late 40’s, I'd lost a couple of teeth that made it almost impossible to properly chew food.

I’d originally looked at a very long painful process that would have included surgery, braces, and implants. My dentist and I put together a restoration plan that included a referral to Dr. Mo and the Quest team. From the first meeting to today the process has been amazing. Dr. Mo presented an option that didn’t need surgery and he was confident he could restore my bite to 90% of what it should be. I started treatment in 2018 and finished in March of 2022. During this time, I had braces and Invisalign – I’d heard adult braces weren’t fun and while they presented challenges the team at Quest made the process great. I always felt cared for, and they answered tons of questions and were always willing to help. Including a couple of unscheduled visits on short notice.

I finished in March of 2022 with a bite that is indeed 90% of what the surgery would have done. I’m grateful for Dr. Mo and the team I can smile and eat steak again. For anyone that is an adult and nervous about braces Dr. Mo and the Quest team is worth a call.

Quest orthodontics has been incredible my entire time with them. Haven’t had a single bad experience in my 2 years of Invisalign. Everyone here is super nice and understanding, and my entire Invisalign journey has been issue free. They also gave me a water bottle with a bluetooth speaker when I first got my retainers, for free! I would highly recommend quest orthodontics.

When we went for our daughters braces, the customer service was great. Friendly staff. And patient. Shaina did a great job!

I went to Quest Dental when I had popcorn kernels stuck in my back left K9. They asked me to wait in the waiting room for an hour because they had lots of current patients but I only actually had to wait for about 25 minutes. They brought me back and looked at my teeth and it turned out that I actually had a 20 dollar bill stuck in my tooth from when I was 7 All in all great time and I got to keep the $20. Staff was great and even took some pictures with me.

My daughter had braces put on today. Kristen was great at explaining the process every step of the way, and telling my daughter what to expect these next few days.

Dr. Mo and his team have been so helpful over years. He has monitored my daughters teeth since she was six and now today at 12 she has just received her first full set of braces. The office is beautiful and welcoming putting everyone at ease. I would highly recommend Quest.

After undergoing more than 3 years of orthodontic treatment with Dr. Mo and the team, I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for the people that make this business what it is. I cannot put into words how incredible my experience was with Quest! From the absolute sincerity of the kindness shown, to the theme and fun of the building itself, it almost made me forget that I was going in there to get braces, usually a teen's worst nightmare. It was anything but! The team, including Dr. Mo, the orthodontists, and the front desk workers made my whole experience SO enjoyable. They were so compassionate and it's no secret they really care for each of their patients. They are so straightforward and happy to answer all of my questions. As for the dental work itself, it was absolutely perfect. I left the building with the smile I had always imagined myself with. When I got my braces off, they gave me a sweet little care package with a water bottle and Bluetooth speaker! Super fun! Thank you for my confident smile. If you need braces, totally go here. I found Quest to be very professional and friendly throughout the last year of braces and visits. Everything is explained from start to finish. You are greeted by friendly faces throughout your visit and they are always helpful for whatever question or concern you may have. I highly recommend them for anyone needing braces for them or their kids.

It’s a good place that’s for sure, I’m a bit picky and hate dentists but the senior and experienced girls are awesome. They also have a really cool place now with decor and other stuff. They also have draw stuff that you can put tickets in for!

My eldest daughter is currently a patient of Dr. Mo’s. Dr. Mo is so fantastic and knowledgeable. He spends the time and explains everything as thoroughly as you need it. His staff are great and friendly too. We often see Kristen, one of his ortho dental assistants. She is kind, caring and just amazing! She is so great with my daughter and she has made the ortho experience for my daughter even better. We were also so impressed by the new location and I can’t forget the treat Dr. Mo’s coffee bar is. There is no doubt that I will bring my three youngest kids to Quest Braces if they require it. The service and staff are excellent!

So happy we chose to go the Quest! The staff is amazing, Jess made my daughter feel so comfortable. Their place is so clean and lovely. We had the free consultation and found out we don't have to do anything right away, it refreshing to have an honest dentist. We will always use them for now on.

From the moment we walked into quest they made us feel Welcome and comfortable. They sat us down, gave us all the options and what the felt was best for my daughter. My son was referred to Quest by our dentist when he was 9, for a tooth that wouldn’t come out. Dr. Mo was kind and thorough and did not recommend any unnecessary work (in fact at the time, he recommended no action, just annual check ups). We have been back every year for check ins, and the staff are all so kind and caring!

My youngest daughter had a single tooth that was not coming out in the proper direction and it was starting to concern her dentist, the tricky part is that she is not old enough yet to get full braces and this tooth was an adult tooth. I was not sure what we were going to be able to do to help her.

Dr. Mo and Kristen R.were outstanding with me as they gave us a solution that they did NOT charge for! You heard that correctly, $0!

Kristen was outstanding with my daughter through the whole process as well. Kristen talked to her about everything that was going to be done and yesterday when she removed it, my daughter’s tooth was sensitive, Kristen left a small residue of the glue so as to not upset my daughter. She said the rest will come off in a week or two and asked my daughter if she would prefer that.

Honestly, hands down amazing on all fronts!
