Quest Limos

I recently booked Quest Limos in Calgary for a Christmas lights tour and was utterly disappointed with the experience, prompting me to write this 1-star review. Firstly, the lighting in the limo malfunctioned shortly into our trip, leaving us with harsh white lights instead of the festive ambiance we anticipated. This significantly detracted from our enjoyment of the holiday lights.

Moreover, several blinds in the limo were broken, obstructing our view and further diminishing our experience. To add to our discomfort, the limo's thermostat was poorly regulated, resulting in fogged windows throughout the trip. This issue made it difficult to appreciate the Christmas displays we were so excited to see.

I must note that our driver tried his best to address these issues, but unfortunately, they were beyond his control. After the trip, I reached out to Quest Limos management to express our dissatisfaction and was assured of a follow-up. However, their lack of response and failure to address our concerns have been deeply frustrating.

Given these numerous shortcomings, including the terrible sound system, dysfunctional lights, inadequate climate control, and the disappointing response from management, I strongly recommend against booking with Quest Limos. The overall quality of service and customer care is severely lacking, and it's clear that they do not value client feedback or satisfaction. Save your time and money by choosing a more reliable and responsive service for your special occasions.

Quest Limos was the best wedding limo service I ever hired. They were professional, punctual and courteous. They helped me with my wedding planning and made sure everything was perfect. The limo was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The driver was friendly, attentive and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a Mercedes V class for airport transfer. The driver reached on time and was helpful for me to load a lot of bags and the ride was smooth and safe. Thank you for making it an amazing experience. We will book them for our party next week!

This company claims to have made efforts to contact us regarding payment. Instead of phone the customer they chose to cancel the booing and fill the spot after confirmation was received. Communication is easy and necessary for business. They should work in their customer service relations.

Excellent service from start to finish, very polite the limo was spot on, the drivers were very very professional, and the whole process was quick and simple will defiantly use you again no doubt about it, thank you for the smooth ride to the airport!

Honestly, I gotta say that the experience from this company was disappointing right from the booking and I would have gone elsewhere but our event required a party bus and the other company’s were booked up.
Our driver for the evening was Aman, he greeted us with less enthusiasm than a taxi driver on a bad night shift. If you stood up for even a second to switch seats with someone he would turn the music off and reprimand us. Now I totally get it, no moving around while the limo is moving and it’s hard when you have so many people. BUT to be so rigid really took away from the experience and set the tone for the remainder of the ride. We were hoping to get some pictures outside the limo after the ride, as it was to late to take photos at any view points in the city but by the time the ride was over we didn’t even bother. Didn’t seem like Aman was much in the mood either. Anyways I could go on but I’ll leave if there.

Very friendly and hospitable driver. It a pleasure to use this service going to the party and back. Punctual too. Most definitely, I will use this service again. Happy with the service!

Great Experience! Booking the limousine was quick and easy. Our driver “Pav” was very patient accommodating…it was my wife’s birthday and we invited a few friends to join us for a night out, dinner and good conversation. Great service from Quest limos, amazing limo service for our wedding, the driver Pav was great and very polite. The cooler was filled with ice, water and drinks which was great as refreshments.service was without any glitch i am glad we chose a quest for our special day.

Should have taken the low reviews with more than just a grain of salt. These guys are the most unprofessional service available.

We had a limo arranged with them after our ceremony and they kept communicating with us on the day informing us when they will arrive which was very professional from them. Then comes the time and no show. Just got stood up.

Now you wonder, we must have tried to get a hold of them, maybe an accident happened? An emergency? Nope, literally ignored all forms of communication, even going as far as trying to get a hold of the business next to them.

Do your self; and your party, a favor, and book a service that won't put you in the same position we are in.

How are you sending confirmations but your phone number is temporarily unavailable. I booked this company online for my wedding but when I tried to call them to find out how to provide payment their phone number seems to be temporarily unavailable. Even the toll free number doesn't connect to anything.even if they reached out to me now I wouldn't trust them to show up on my wedding day.

We could not hold our wedding due to COVID so we requested a refund from Quest Limos far in advance of our would-be wedding date. Since then, they have repeatedly lied and given false timelines on when we should expect the refund. So far, it's been 2 months since we were originally told the refund was processed but every time I talk to them, the timeline changes. I need to reach out multiple times to ever get a response. Their level of communication is horrendously unacceptable to the point of them hanging up on me (while apparently looking for the transaction number of my refund, which they couldn't find) and texting me while refusing to call back. I have never been rude or aggressive with them because I understand the stress COVID places on these kinds of industries but they have been BY FAR the worst vendor I have dealt with during this time. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go elsewhere.

Great experience, called at 1030pm to have my brothers wedding party picked up the next day for a 1130 am wedding. Drove around for photos afterwards. Driver Pav was very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

I definitely recommend Quest limos! Local family owned company with reasonable prices and knowledge of the area.

Driver was 17 minutes late. I confirmed the pick-up location the night before. When no one was waiting I called the driver twice but he had an extended absence notification. I called Quest three times before someone answered- he told me that I was wrong, there was someone there, and he would reach the driver. Eventually the driver showed up and said he was in the wrong spot. West jet domestic arrivals at the Calgary airport was our intended meeting area. No one followed up or apologized. I was 30min late for my conference, the driver took a roundabout route to my destination then asked for clarification. 18% gratuity is automatically charged. If you need guaranteed service from the airport take a taxi, anywhere else use an uber.

Very Unprofessionalism no customer service I've booked a limo 15 Days
Ago and nobody has showed up to take my sister to her graduation. We got somebody else last minute and it was a better experience in general compare to this limo company I don't recommend this place to anybody Stay away.

**do not use this company! I have not posted such a negative comment - ever - this company had availability online yet would not offer the service. He had the audacity to tell me that if i could not afford 3 hrs - not to waste his time! I am an executive and run one of the largest parent groups on the west coast. I requested only 1 hr because it is for a group of children who would get bored - or sick - after one hr! I am so mortified as this person's conduct. I then proceeded to ask for the manager and he again said no. Please we cannot support companies who treat prospective customers so horrifically!

Would not recommend Quest Limos. I booked a black stretch limo; without any notice they sent a different white vehicle. Less than 5 min after we had gotten into the car, the driver pulled into a petrol station to refuel. Several of the glasses in the car appeared dirty. Not what I had expected when making the booking. Wrote this to Quest Limos but did not receive any reply from them. Gratuity is also mandatory when booking. There are better alternatives in Vancouver.

We used Quest for our recent trip to banff from Calgary airport, the driver was waiting at airport with name sign escorted us to vehicle, loaded our luggage and drove us to Fairmont Banff.

The vehicle was nice and clean, our chauffeur was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The price was great and booking process was easy. The reminder emails and texts were great way for up to date status.

We rented limo last Saturday and the driver pav was very accommodating, the sound system and lightings was amazing. I recommend this company to all.

Great service. I hired a limo for a party, and the driver was great, I guess his name was Prabhjot. Sound system is awesome and the most important is customer satisfaction, which is fulfilled by this company. Highly recommended.

This used to be a good service, but in the past two months they have been unreliable. In January they sent me an Uber (yes, and Uber!) and then the next time didn't even show up at airport. I waited for 20 minutes, and ended up taking a cab home. I'm hiring a sedan company so I don't have to wait.

I'm sure they will post a bunch of excuses, but that is the point. I don't want repeated excuses from a Sedan company. This one is unreliable.

It was the best memorable experience ever from the booking and reservation, all the way to the curtesy 20 minutes ahead notice from the driver.

The driver (PABH) arrived on time, dressed professionally, and the Limo was well detailed inside & out. It was nice and smooth ride. A suggestions were given by the driver as for the scenery and point of interest and trust attractions, Pabh knows the city very well. After touring around, it was time for us to reach our destination.

The driver was on time to pick us up, waiting beside the door, and opened the door for us, and he was friendly, asking about our night, and drove us to our place, once again he opened the door for us, and waited outside his limo until we open our doors and enter to our residence safely.

Highly recommended if you are looking for great service.

Unfortunately, I was really DISAPPOINTED Quest Limo. Rented 12 passenger white Limo on my wedding day last August 18 2018. One of the reason I chose quest limo it has a wedding decorations. However, the driver came up with black limo and NO wedding decorations. I phoned quest limo few days before my wedding to remind them about my booking and the wedding decorations. In our culture black limo is like a vehicle for funeral which is bad luck. We spent money for our wedding but Quest limo Ruined my wedding day. I emailed quest limo a day on my wedding before the driver dropped us off on the wedding venue and before we go for our honeymoon about my complaint but unfortunately No any email back, showing that they doesn't care about their customer. I would not recommend this.

Booked them for my sister's wedding last week. Everything from the booking process to the limo experience itself was a breeze. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our driver was very courteous and was on time. He made sure that we were getting a five star treatment during the drive. When asked, he even suggested places for pictures on our way. I really liked the timely emails and texts they send. They were nice to incorporate our request regarding the drinks as well. Well done, Quest Limos!

We booked the split High School Graduation Limo Package with Quest Limos (two 2 hours trips) for our daughter and six of her girl friends on June 8th, 2018. The drivers Rabhjot and Dap (?) are the truth gentlemen and professional. Dap was go above and beyond his job by making sure the young ladies were having fun but also safe at night in downtown Calgary, Dap also lend a hand to take some photographs when need. Both trips, the drivers came early and ready for the pick up, and then precisely drop the young ladies off at the destinations right on time. Excellent service, nice clean limo, great music, professional young drivers, trustable and very helpful. The split Grad package was a great choice because it not just provided the style but truly it was provided a fun, safe and controllable environment for the new grads to arrive and leave the venue. Highly recommend Quest Limos for the outstanding service and the values provided to guests.

Hired this company for my birthday and it was a very bad experience, would not recommend this company! They were flexible with changing my reso time however the guy ended up showing up 20 minutes late for it cutting off almost a half hour of our 1 hour limo ride. On our way to the reso he pulled over on the side of the road and kicked us all out of the limo for having a vape in it. We asked if he would just take us to my destination as I was already late, he said no and so we all had to pay to take separate taxis to the destination and ended up being 30 minutes late. Along with this Jesse the driver called the police for having a VAPORIZER in the limo which he did not warn us we couldn’t have and there were also no signs saying that we couldn’t use it. So overall Jesse the driver was very unprofessional And left us on the side of the road.
