Would give 0 stars if I could. Just called because our pipes are frozen and the person who answered was very rude and said “really, this time of night when people have actual emergencies”

I had 2 old toilets replaced and the service and quick tesponse was excellent. Very respectful, personable and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

I've used Quicker Rooter twice now. Both times have been a great experience and provided amazing value.

The first emergency call was last year. Our sewer drain was backing up due to roots entering the pipes. They were able to come fix the issue within the day. They provided augering, descaling, and video inspection services.

This year, the roots came back much faster than expected. Because we used their services previously, they were able to provide the same sewer drain clearing services under warranty with zero cost to us.

After several tries I found my plumbing company. The technician was competent and professional, the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Technician never showed up for the scheduled appointment even though we’d explained about what we needed when he called 7: 45am this morning as well as to the receptionist when appointment was booked. He never called back to confirm appointment as promised. We waited for 2 hours during the promised time of arrival and having had to inquire with the office about status with no reply again. Disappointment with this company who displayed lack of care and unprofessional. Impression I received was the job I needed to replace my sewer pipes is a job too large for them to take on and not being honest upfront to advise instead chose to ignore to reply.

Very impressed by both the response time from Quicker Rooter and the thorough and professional work done by the plumber, Melvin, concerning our broken outdoor frost-free tap. I very much appreciated his efforts at trouble-shooting and then looking for a cost-effective solution. I definitely recommend these folks.

I was stressed & Joe the technician came out in less than 2 hrs.and Installed my new toilet. I called the office & Micky made me feel less stressed! I would highly recommend this company!

Called them for a quote and they insisted on sending a plumber to ‘assess’ a clog. The plumber came and quoted me $299 + $50 service fee. Literally theft for a simple clog. Beware and make sure to ask upfront fro pricing. I paid him the service fee and refused to pay such a ridiculous price. Do not recommend at all.

We had our hot water tank break over the weekend. After calling a few different companies who all had vague response times or commitments (some were promising a fix within a week), I called this company. They had Randy out to the house within an hour, and the new tank installed in just a few hours. Very professional. I thought the value was good. Will be at the top of my list for future plumbing needs.

We had a leak in our main shutoff valve. I called Quicker Rooter and spoke to Micky, who was friendly and helpful (and seemed like a lot of fun). She helped set up the a appointment with the plumber, Vince. It was painless. She had me send in photos of the main shutoff valve since we couldn't arrange a pre-visit. This meant that Vince had everything he needed when he arrived. Vince arrived early, which was perfect because the city workers (who came to turn off our water) did as well. Vince was kind and professional and worked well with the city employees. Altogether, I don't think the process even took 20 minutes. Because Vince was able to do the repair quickly the city workers stayed and turned the water back on as soon as he gave them the green light. I could not be happier.

I called, they answered, said someone could come out today and they were here in 20 min, now that's good timing. Randy was my technician, he was great, ignored my mess and then did another job for me. He was here to repair hot water tank and I got him to fix my outdoor water valve and new piping. That Randy was the best and accommodating, thank you Randy for the quality work, free inspection and helping this girl out.

I contacted them in the morning, by 1030 same day they arrived. Randy was the plumber, he installed the new hot water tank quickly, as well talked through everything he was doing. He was professional and knowledgeable…also we talked a little hockey. Price quoted by phone was the same as the invoiced.

I recommend you ask for Randy if you use this company.

I am extremely satisfied with Quicker Rooter Plumbing. Every employee I had contact with was very accommodating and went way above and beyond. From now on they will be my first call for anything plumbing or heating related. I highly recommend.

The office was great about communicating when to expect the Plumber. When Randy, the plumber, arrived he was polite, and took care of my problem right away. He even did a complimentary Plumbing inspection of all pipes and faucets in my apartment.

I was on the last stages of my kitchen reno when I contacted Quicker Rooter to connect my sink and install my new faucet. The final layout required some creative thinking on Randy's part to connect the sink. He was helpful, professional and on time. It looks fabulous. I highly recommend.

Rated 5 stars but would give 10 stars, if I could. Exceptional customer service from first call to a week after work completed. Placed a call on weekend regarding significant plumbing issue. The individual who answered my call was very helpful, very professional and very interested in helping me. There was a small fee for call out of a plumber which I think is very reasonable- I expected to pay much more. Next morning Melvin (plumber) arrived onsite at the scheduled time. Melvin was fantastic - after significant work a bigger problem was found. Melvin explained the good and not so good news about the problems in a very professional way. Melvin provided recommendations explaining the details and what next steps would be. Melvin worked very, very hard and many hours and I consistently saw that he was truly interested in finding a solution. Melvin was on site for three days- due to the significant work needed. Every day Melvin was very respectful of our property, very professional, friendly and definitely worked hard to resolve the issue. For the many hours and the incredible amount of work done Melvin (and his helper) the amount we were invoiced was very reasonable. After the work was completed I called and spoke to the Manager to share my positive experience with Melvin and others. An hour afer the work was completed I received a email with video of camera results of pipes. A week after the work was completed I received a friendly follow-up phone call from Micky at their office checking to see if everything was ok, any questions or concerns I had.
Based on our experience with this company they excel at customer serivce and finding solutions while caring about their customers.

Showed up to rooter my pipe as was backing up. Didn’t fix it but managed to break my back stop valve. Lied about it so I only found out from the City. I paid like a chump and now disappeared and won’t return my calls. No responsibility or professional behaviour from this “Company. ”

As an update, the Company will return my money although I am still out money to put in a new backstop valve that the Company broke.

We have had Quicker Rooter and Vince come over throughout the years when we have any kind of issue with our furnace. I can't say enough good things about them.

Reception is always courteous and doublechecks information to ensure mistakes are not made. Technician has always been fast, explains any issues and options to fix. They are honest and if it is a quick repair won't charge you crazy prices.

We won't be using another company anytime soon, and would recommend these guys to anyone. They deserve a chance for you to give them a try!

Was in need of a new water heater gas valve and they responded immediately and had my business up and running before closing. Can’t say enough about Vince and his team at quicker rooter. I highly recommend them. They’re the best in Calgary

The service we received from Quicker Rooter was above and beyond our expectations.
They arrived on time, were extremely personable and knowledgeable.
We had a clogged drain in a bathroom sink of a rental home but unfortunately this is an old home with old pipes and nothing is ever straight forward.
We did have another company the day before who upon an initial attempt said they couldn’t do anything unless they cut into the wall, cut the pipes and then investigate to see what could be done.
Quicker Rooter was suggested to us and they were able to come the next day.
Not only was their initial quote over 200.00 less than the first company’s initial visit, never mind what had been quoted for cutting into the wall, etc, they were able to rectify the issue without any demolition. The Quicker Rooter technicians were able to resolve the issue and get the sink draining again.
They did not give up, a second plumber was called to assist. As the home is a duplex, they also kept checking next door to ensure there were no issues as the pipes are connected.
They were thorough, caring and knowledgeable and we can’t recommend them enough for plumbing services.
We will be using Quicker Rooter for all future plumbing issues! Thank you gentlemen!

I called after arguing with my property management company for a week regarding getting a plumber. Mickey at reception was just the absolute best! They were there right away and helped my tenant fix her leaking bathtub faucet. They even spoke to the property management company for me. I asked about payment options (as other places ask for a card number first) and she said don't worry about it now, let's fix it first. And they fixed it within an hour including calling my property management company to find out the shut off valve was in the Neighbours apartment. That was a Friday, and I called her on Wednesday the next week to pay. They didn't call me once in the meantime demanding payment. They took on all the stress and made everything easy.
