Just called to pre actively get my shipment belt with from LA. This company tends to hold my items and not let me know when it is here in Calgary. I wanted to get ahead of this so called to leave a note or instructions for a smooth delivery. The receptionist was the most rude woman I have encountered (I called at 2: 10 on May 6). She was condescending and would not even write a note on my file as she said I was not the paying party.
Well hunny, I AM the paying party and I am shocked she could not pop a note on my file and was rude and condescending about it. I own a business myself and cant believe she spoke to a customer this way, I would never tolerate this. This person is the "face" of your brand and I am a customer who imports every 2 weeks (again I am the paying party here), so did expect better service.
I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere because of her.

Dispatch operations very un professional, very rude upon first engaging into a conversation with them, lack of communication skills, would never recommend this company to use for transporting or working
