Excellent service and excellent food never been here before but when I saw there sign for lobster rolls I had to try it out, I was thinking it was not going to be fresh lobster but I was wrong it was super fresh and very tasty got the 12" roll go get yourself one you won't be disappointed I'll definitely be back great service to she did say it was good and she was right I don't have a picture as I eat it all in 5min flat lol

I've ordered from this place a couple times, Via Door Dash, and in-person.
If I could rank the food less than 1 star, I would. I will ask for extra Toasted, sub is somehow soggy. I ask for Extra chicken, I don't get extra chicken but will still get charged for it. I ALWAYS ask for Pepperoncini peppers, and I never got them, unless I go in-person. I ordered soup in-person, rather than giving me the ready-made soup in their stainless steal pots, I watched the lady open their fridge below the microwave, and pull out a dish that had enough broth for 1 cup and some scraps. Heated it up in the microwave and tried selling it to me for (whatever the price is for 1 cup of soup). I told her I wasn't paying for Day old soup (assuming that it was only a day old, could have been more.)
The service isn't that bad, they are extremely understaffed. However, the quality of your food doesn't get ranked by how good the people are who own the place.

Way understaffed, only one staff member was on shift with several deliver drivers and customers standing in line for far too long. The management/ownership needs to get more people on shift because this lone employee was not having a good day.

Very friendly and delicious food. The service of Peter and Justin went above and beyond my expectations. The meals are great. My daughter and I enjoyed having a meal in their restaurant definitely going back. Again I forgot to take a picture we were super hungry.

I felt like a jerk showing up 15 minutes before they close and the ladies were so nice, took the time to make sure to get my sandwich just right!
