Quiznos

Would highly recommend checking your receipt when coming here. Twice I've been overcharged. The girls working here aren't very friendly and are very slow even when there's no one else here. The tables are almost always dirty from not being wiped down.

I ordered 2 subs with turkey from skip. Both came with little to no toppings and the turkey was bad. Like so bad that we threw out $30 worth of subs. I called the store to warn them and the lady argued with me saying "it's fresh turkey". Very clearly it is not because I have NEVER tasted rancid turkey meat like that before. Disgusting.

Waited in a empty restaurant with 1 other customer for over 15 minutes to order. Employees just ignoring me completely. I finally just left and said forget it. Complete waste of time. Never going back to this location and I suggest you do same if want to be appreciated for your business considering lots places are struggling. I think I'll go to a local place instead that will appreciate my business and not completely ignore me. Floors behind counter and in customer areas are filthy and the prep stations completely unorganized and unkept.while wasting my time I watched the employee slice cheese and then some type of meet of same slicer without sanitizing station first. Watched cross contamination first hand and will be reporting to AHS and the st Albert food inspector Kathryn.

I love coming to this location. Always fast and friendly staff. Especially the lady working Nov 2 2023 at around 6: 30pm. She was so friendly and fast with making my order. I will definitely be back

Food was ok not great, with only two staff members working lunch rush the wait was not worth it. There were other obvious cleaning measures that had to be addressed and the washrooms were both in need of replacements.

I ordered from skip the dishes. Please explain to me why banana peppers or whatever these spicy ones are were put into my sandwich instead of th GREEN BELL PEPPERS like I asked for? Those are clearly not bell peppers. I am at work right now and my body is breaking out into hives. I had a couple bites before I noticed something was wrong and now I am sick at work. This is completely unacceptable. If your staff cannot read orders and don't know what ingredients actually are, get staff who do. Will never order from this location ever again or come back.

I went to this quizno's and purchased a sandwich and drink. The transaction went through on the machine and said approved. It states on my credit card statement it was approved. However on the ladys end that transaction said not approved. She tried to get me to pay twice. I refused to pay twice as the transaction showed up on my end. I walked out and called master card and was told that Quiznos indeed did recieve the money for the sandwich and there was nothing they could do to dispute that charge cause it was not showing up as a duplicate. Long story short Quizno's charged me for a product I never recieved and mastercard let it happen! Don't recommend this Quiznos to anybody. Very poor customer service over this situation.

I have visited other locations, BUT NEVER LIKE THIS, I don't know the girl's name but my visit was Saturday May 20,2023,7: 00 pm, she is very kind, BUT ABOVE ALL, SHE PREPARES THE BEST QUIZZOS I HAVE EVER TESTED IN MY LIFE. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.

This is a good place to get a high quality sandwich. Unless they're really busy that it takes a long time.

One of the better sandwich/sub shops in the city. Food is made to order and actually has flavor unlike Subway.and its baked in their pizza style oven to deliciousness.yumm

Just ordered 2 sandwiches for talked out, and upon opening at home, realized one had ranch on it instead of chipotle mayo (the wife is allergic to ranch). I couldn't remember if I ordered incorrectly, so I returned to buy a replacement.

Upon entering the store, I was met with a very aggressive and argumentative employee (no name tag worn), bordering on yelling at me when I asked to order another sandwich. She continuously affirmed that "we make it the way you tell us". I tried to de-escalate by agreeing with understanding, and just asked to order another sub. She tried arguing again, and I told her there is no issues, I'm not blaming anyone, I just want to order a new sub. The employee then walked away and ignored me for several minutes, before returning and demanding the old sandwich back (I had the bag with me to carry the new sub-recycle and such). So I returned to her the sandwich and she took my order.

While preparing the replacement, the employee began lashing out in a very disrespectful manner, lecturing me on the financial losses to be created by the situation. At this point, I asked her to stop trying to start a fight or I'll make her an internet sensation. The employee seemed to concede for a brief moment, then began barking at me over whether each individual ingredient would be "ok with me" in the most sarcastic tone they could muster.

This was one of the most bewildering experiences I've had ordering food. To the point if you told me she was a member of fight club and had the homework assignment to "pick a fight and lose", I wouldn't question it.

If you're a UFC fan, skip pay per view, just stop by and order a sandwich. If you just want a sandwich.maybe try another location

It's okay. Staff is hit and miss. Food is mostly good.
Place is dirty though and most staff is grouchy.

Competing with earpods to get my sandwich. When was it ok to have earpods in while serving customers? Huh.huh.sorry that is just off.

It took so long to get one sandwich that we went elsewhere to get 2 more. The guy behind us decided to sit down after waiting so long. The girl working had no customer service skills. She was borderline rude and took her sweet time. I could really tell that she didn't want to be there. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I told the girl and she didn't seem to care. Hoping she put in a roll after we left.
