Got a Spicy Sriracha and they put Franks Red Hot? I’m confused: (

The lady looked really tired, I hope she gets some rest! I’ll try this location later and if my experience is better, I’ll change my rating.

I tried here chicken carbonara it was so delicious.the staff is very friendly and they always ask for veggies

Came cause I’ve been craving it and haven’t had it since I was a kid. For 1 sandwich soup 2 drinks and 2 chips it was 30 $ insanely priced definitely won’t be back.

Staff does not care what you order they will make whatever they please, cannot follow simple instructions.
Both subs were cold and soggy!

Tasty and fresh sandwiches everytime.
I would recommend everyone in this area to visit.

The staff are rude and lie directly to you. They used tiny bacon bits, not slices, and very little. No sauted mushrooms, just regular. Then argued over the phone, and at the counter, and REFUSED to refund me This place wastes your time, steals your money, to serve you wrong food.

Update, I was told twice by the staff that I could get a refund. But when I went back there, they refused cause I did not take video of the sandwhich. Lied to me twice.
Update 2: This location manager/owner continues to ignore me and the situation. I have contacted customer service, but that to has been ignored.
Update 3. After a month of no replies, ignored messages, and horrible customer service, I have taken this into my own hands. I have filed a dispute on my credit card to get my money back.

Stopped in for quick lunch and my freind found a hair in his sub. Disgusting!
