The vegetables wernt fresh, the lady who made the sub had an attitude and she couldn't scan my redeemed points and had to pay. Not impressed. Not going back to this particular location.
Ordered from uber eats, 4 sandwiches, only received 2, the very kind uber driver went back to see what happened and they wouldn't give him the other 2 sandwiches. Horrible customer service, I will never eat at this establishment again, you can tell they're a bad place with a 3.7 star rating, I hope this one drips them down further.
$30 for a soup and (dry) crusty sandwich tiny bag of chips and drink sprinkled with bad, unfriendly service. Audacity to ask for a tip on the debit machine. Never going back
Terrible service. I clearly asked for white bread knowing it has no dairy. Clearly ordered subs with no cheese because of dairy allergy. Got home and sandwiches made with Italian herb which HAS milk ingredients. I went back and asked to be remade but staff person said they asked if i wanted italian and I said yes after I said white bread. I didn't know they were different. After driving back and asking to have sandwiches remade, I was told I have to pay for new sandwiches that it was my error. No chance. You just lost a customer with a family.
I ordered a meatball sub online and when checking the allergen guide it suggested the meatballs have soy. I have a soy allergy so we called and asked if they did indeed have soy in which the Quiznos employee stated they have no way of knowing that? Which is a bit ridiculous. I asked if we can change that sub for another, to which the reply was simply no because we have already made it.
