I ate at this Quiznos twice. Once in 2008 where I got sick from their meatball sub. Decided to give them another chance today as it has been quite some time since then and I wanted to switch things up and maybe give Quiznos another chance. Bad mistake as I just got sick again from their Greek sub. Almost two decades apart and still the same experiences. Quiznos gave me the runs both times I went. Unlucky
I ordered 1 sub and a garlic bread and a juice bottle. The lady only charged me for the sun and juice. Then when the garlic bread arrived she freaked out at me in front of other customers and said “u didn’t tell me u ordered that too! ”. I said sorry and then paid for the garlic bread. To me they got 3 ppl working behind the counter so where is their communication with each other when serving a customer?
Wanted the sub of the day but, was told my toppings and veggies were not my choice. Not cool. I wanted my veggies my way. Now I am saddled with a sub I don't even want anymore.
Unbelievable! Compared to the one in Claremont, you would think your on a different planet. Disgusting, skimpy slop full of lettuce. I hoofed down a twelve inch and went home hungry. The one in Claremont makes you debate if you have room for the 2nd half. Took my family there and was ashamed. You would need to wear a bib to eat the sloppy cold tasteless wrap. Never again!
Found Black Hair in the sub went back to talk to owners cause who’s gonna eat after you find that in your food no one! Disgusting, rude owners, wouldn’t refund money didn’t eat the subs $26 never go there again! NEED TO WEAR HAIR NETS!
Front desk lady (Cashier) was super rude, I always loved their food, but never going back again!
For your response: I think you are not the only busy restaurant, I have been to many restaurants which are super busy, but they tell us to wait in a polite way unlike you guys ignoring and saying “that it’s annoying “ (which is rude), I thought it was just that lady who was rude, but your reply shows what attitude you all carry!
Skimpy amounts of salad inside the sandwich and very rude cashier. I asked for a side of sauce. I'm told she already asked if I wanted sauce in the sandwich. I said I want it on the side. She replies it's extra money for it on the side. I asked why and she says because we put more on the side. So why can't you put the same amount on the side that you'd put in the sandwich? What a hassle for such a simple task. For a 15$ sandwich they put one tomato slice lol Don't waste money here it's better at Subway
So they can’t substitute mayo for red wine vinegar dressing and it seems to be some closely guarded secret what fresh toppings they had I came around the counter because they just said regular…. I’m not a regular customer and nor would I be one. $32 for a 9” and a 12”? They do realize they are 100M from a Subway right? No cheese on sandwich either when I got home…, that’s part of the sandwich right?
My first time dining here at the restaurant in Grande Prairie and had the worst experience. I asked for our sandwiches to be cut through the paper and the Asian cashier response was that she’s too busy to do that and I should have told her before. I responded that you cut it without asking and now I am telling you. She is then going to tell me to do it by myself and if I need extra paper. I am disappointed beyond disappointed for this reaction to a customer with her being blatantly rude. I literally threw my sandwich in the garbage because I no longer wanted it or to even eat from persons like this.
I understand Covid annihilated some business but, man, I'm so dissapointed. I know the other location is permanently closed, so maybe this is the case.
Absolutely chintzy. Paltry amounts of meat and toppings. I'm paying almost $15.00 dollars per sub and this is what you give me? Never have I been to a Quiznos that ripped me off like this place did. IT WAS THE OWNER who made my sub too. I absolutely love Quiznos, but not this location. I don't know what you need to do, but fix this right away. I need a meal, not a snack made for a child.
