R & C Jewellery Gold Jade Diamond

Bought a "pure 925 silver" pendant and chain, took it to a jewlery store in my hometown to verify, the chain is way to light in color & is said to be fake, and the pendant is stamped 825 not 925. Over all very nice staff but I'm not impressed that I was lied to.

I've been purchasing jewelry from them ever since I got my first job. My jewelry has held up ever since, fair pricing and I always feel at home when I walk in. Highly recommend

The earrings I bought had loose gems to them, when I complained about it they tried to blame it on me saying I “stepped on them” when I’ve only had them for one day. Terrible customer service trying to blame the customers for poor product quality. Never buying from here again.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Asked for a particular jade pendant, and to my luck they had exactly what I was looking for. It was a great experience and they have awesome customer service. I will definitely come back here to purchase my jades.

The shop owner is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He was super helpful and helped me to find the perfect piece. Amazing prices and awesome local business, will be going back anytime I need some jewelry in the future.

Terrible service. The little girl behind the counter has an attitude and seems like she doesn't want to help.her attitude is condescending and makes the jewelry buying experience much worse. I would suggest going to the many other jewelry stores in the mall.
