Driver side window exploded out on the henday at 3 pm. All glass places close 5-5: 30. RK Auto Glass went out of their way to get me in even with being busy and close to their close time. Unbelievable service and even better customer relations. When I called for a quote, the owner said right off the bat that they were the lowest in the city AND I can say he's right. I called 9 (!) different businesses for a quote to repair a broken rear window & since I was out of pocket on this repair, I went with R K Auto Glass.

I booked an appointment for 2 days later but found myself nearby the afternoon before my appointment. I took a chance & called the shop in case they could get me in early & they said "Come over right now". This was an hour before they were scheduled to close. They replaced my window & cleaned up the mess in 40 mins.

I was really impressed with their service and pricing so here's my 5* rating. Kudos to them for being fast, accommodating & reasonably priced. My wallet hopes I don't have to visit them again unless its for a $15 rock chip repair.

As I entered the business, I have been greeted very professionally. Then they access the damage to the windshield and provided the options that I have and recommend the best one. Good thing is they gave the recommendation and leave me alone to think and decide and didn't force me into it or made me hurry up. I took my time made my decision and told them to pursue further. The time they took for the repair was reasonable and there pricing is the best in the city. They got variety of freebies in the waiting area like cookies, coffee, soft drinks. Overall, I will recommend this place happily to anyone looking for any kind of auto glass work.

Took two of my personal vehicles in on a Saturday to have a few rock chip repairs on my windshield. The service was quick. The cost for the repairs was unbeatable compared to all the other shops in thr area Definitely going back for all my windshield needs in the future.

After waking up to a smashed window in my truck, I was in a panic to have it fixed asap. I found these guys online and they replied to me instantly, were easy to talk to and set up an appointment that same day. Upon entering the neat little shop I was offered water, coffee, soda, juice and even a snack. Hung out on the sofa while the technician went to work on my truck and played on my phone with the help of their wifi network. The window replacement was super fast and the price was extremely fair. Amazing customer service, I will definitely be bringing all of my future auto glass problems to RK auto glass.
