The lock mechanism malfunctioned on our Thule box. Stopped in at the south store thinking I'd be setting up a time to come back to have it fixed but within 10 minutes I was driving away with a fixed lock! Super impressed with the fast, friendly, knowledgeable service.
Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back if we need new products or service.

I rolled into the shop from out of town just shortly before closing and looking for a cargo box. The staff were super knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly, and didn't even seem to mind my questions as they were about to close! I didn't feel at all pressured, but within 20 mins I drove away with a new cargo box mounted on my car and I love it! Highly recommend this crew!

I lost the very oddly specific and apparently impossible to find pieces needed to attach my bike rack to my roof rack. After 3 days of unsuccessfully hunting through hardware stores near me I decided to make the drive to Rack Attack. They happily dug through a giant box of spare hardware and found what I needed within 5 minutes, no charge. Highly recommend!

Great old fashioned service. I stopped in for some help as I had stripped a bolt on my bike rack. They re-threaded the bolt for me so I can use it again, and no charge. Thank you very much - I will be back.

My husband and I went to Rack Attack to purchase a cargo box for our new car. We did not know much about the features we wanted or needed and therefore we were looking to be educated on what to consider when purchasing such an item. Upon arriving at the store, which was busy, we were greeted warmly and the salesperson let us know that he would soon be available. The salesperson, Karim, seemed genuinely interested in our questions and answered them expertly. He made suggestions regarding sizes and features. We felt no pressure. We told him we needed to go home to take some measurements. A couple of days later we came back to make our purchase. We could not be happier with the product which is well suited for our needs.
