Purchased Yakima SightLine JetStream Roof Rack Package for 2023 Mazda CX-5. Racks For Cars more racking options than I was able to find locally (London, ON) and their prices were very competitive. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I had my rack within 5 days. I would definitely purchase from Racks For Cars again.

Ordered these online and picked up in the store. Super easy to install, feel and look heavy duty! Just what I needed as extra points to tie down loads on my truck. Comes with 2 different sizes of t-channel bolts. The smaller ones fit perfectly in my Retrax tonneau cover channels.

The product is great and the coordination prior to ordering was fantastic. All the right parts showed up and everything worked. It took a lot to get the product assembled, though, since the instructions that come with the package are terrible. After watching a few YouTube videos I was able to piece together the general process to put all the pieces together. It was an extra step that required some time which should be unnecessary.

Purchased some Yakima roof racks from Racks for Cars, recieved product in a matter of a few days. There's something weird with the way the rack fit's my car, and the good people at Racks were awesome in assisting me in trying to sort through that. Spent quite a bit of time trying to help and follewed up afterward. I'm wating to hear back from Yakima directly, to sort through my problem; but I can say I've received great and speedy service from Racks for Cars!

Road shower on/off elbow sent to me from this fine store was shipped fast and when I dealt with them on the phone the rep was so nice and pleasant to talk to. Ordered from website that was also a five star experience. Thank you all do much.

Excellent experience. Customer service was first rate. I needed a bike rack to arrive in Toronto area in 4 days from order and Racks for Cars shipped the same day and I got the rack in four days. They even responded to me the same day as ordering by both email and phone to assure they would be shipping that day. The price for the rack was excellent and the product was well packed and worked fantastic. Well done!

We had an issue with our bike rack that we bought here many years ago. One of the staff helped us fix everything up so we could finish our trip without the rack being loose. Awesome service, thanks!

Buyer beware! Purchased a brand new Cadence Bike trailer from the west end location, it has sat for 3 weeks in the box in my garage un-opened… was purchased to replace a stolen trailer through insurance…. The trailer that was stolen and since been returned and now I am stuck with a BRAND NEW IN THE BOX TRAILER. RACKS FOR CARS did not mention about the trailer being on clearance not did they tell me at the time of purchase that it was a non returnable item…. Now I am stuck with a BRAND NEW IN THE BOX cadence bike trailer because they will NOT provide CUSTOMER SERVICE for an item sold less the 30 days ago. Their response was that I had 7days to return the item as per my receipt… I highly recommend shopping elsewhere as this company has no respect for its customers.

I did my homework with the manufacturers, then went to Racks for Cars. They were extremely helpful amd knowledgeable. It fit perfectly and looks great.

Looked everywhere for a replacement key for my Inno Rooftop luggage rack. I live in Ontario. Found Racks for Cars online, ordered replacement keys on a Monday and by Wednesday they were here in our mailbox! Very pleased!

Ordered Thule Evo roof racks online and they were delivered quite quickly. The staff was easy to work with and very helpful.

Over the last month, or so, I've purchased a Yakima bike rack (2018 Jeep Wrangler), Yakima Sweet Roll kayak rack (with locks), Thule Wingbar Evo roofrack package (2018 Jeep Wrangler and with locks), Beluga cockpit cover, and a Riot Intrigue Ultralight kayak.

In 2017, I purchased a Yakima bike rack (2015 Jeep Wrangler), Swagman J-hooks, and Thule Squarebar Evo roofrack (2015 Jeep Wrangler).

And out of all of those items, that I've paid fully for, they've refused to stand by the used once Riot Intrigue Ultralight kayak product for a return/refund. I've used this kayak once, on Maligne Lake (Saturday, July 8th, 2023), and found that it's not a suitable kayak for me.

Now, and because they keep putting this same kayak on sale, and continuously dropping the price of it, I'm now left with trying to personally sell this used once kayak.

Personally, I don't "test drive" something just to create drama. If I am not comfortable with the result of my purchase, I will return it as soon as I can. At one point, the customer is always right. Business is based on customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this company is more invested in whether or not they can sell a used kayak, as opposed to customer satisfaction. Yeah, and despite all of the money that I've spent on the above mentioned purchases, they've simply refused to even acknowledge me.

Bottom line, I will not purchase another product from Racks For Cars, and that's strictly based off of their complete arrogance to situational awareness. One star is being generous, as they're only carrying decent products. The decency doesn't carry over for customer satisfaction.

Seamless purchase and delivery to my door from Alberta to Ontario. Assembly was straightforward and installation onto the vehicle is also intuitive and logical. I like how the rack is lockable at the hitchpoint with the option to use the included cable to loop through the bike (s) to lock them to the rack as well. Bikes are held upright and stable by the ratcheting folding hook arm. THe only thing that gave me apprehension was how the whole apparatus wobbles on bumpy roads. It's in a 1.25" receiver which SEEMS less solid than if it was 2". Still i would recommend this tray style bike rack. Racks for Cars, good job.

Online shopping was great. Good website with amazing deals that no one else has. I bought a Thule chariot. Item arrived on time and without damage. I live in Quebec! If I need more gear later on.you guys will be the first on my list. Thank you.

I have a bunch of Thule gear but keys have gone missing. I search all of the Thule dealers in Calgary and none of them could help me in a timely manner to replace the keys. Racks for Cars had all of the keys I needed in stock and had them in my hands the next day.

I am truly disappointed in the relationship between their supplier and the customer. I have spent unacceptable time trying to get parts that were never provided in the order. It is compromising our holiday. It has been largely inconvenient in spite of their attempts to rectify it. Their return policies are further restrictive to the customer.

Cost were a real crime at $100 for 4 brackets to attach the base to my existing rack. Good quality but a real gouge on pricing.canada postage was $33 for a 1lbs bag that would fit in a small UAPA priority box. But they are only place to get them so don't loose yours.

I had excellent service. They arranged for a hitch installation and then installed my bike rack. Super friendly and knowledgeable. After the installation they reviewed teaching with me and ensured I had no questions. Fabulous experience.

Great service - they called to say the shipped order would be delayed a day, and even then, it was delivered earlier than I had expected. Would definitely shop there again.
