Very talented, polite, knowledgeable staff! The shop is clean and organized! The reception area has a plethora of trick diesel performance items on display! Clean bathrooms are a plus! The owner is an expert heavy duty diesel mechanic and demands the best from his staff! They are fair in their repair costs and your quote is provided before you leave your truck!

Excellent customer service and repairs, they kept me up to date on all the work I've had done and worked around my busy schedule.

Radical Diesel provides excellent service. I have had repairs and maintenance completed over the years on my 2013 truck and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, it’s a well run Diesel repair shop!

These guys are pros. Kevin and his crew did a ton of repairs to my 2012 Cummins. My 3.5 inch king shocks all needed full rebuild. Which took some dickin around, and wasn't cheap. But they didn't gouge or try to tack on any additional Unneeded work or parts. Highly recommended

My experience with Radical Diesel has been by far the best experience I have had over the last few years when I first walked through their door. I have dealt with other shops in Calgary in the past however this place provided me a different feeling. Let’s start with Kaylee who is absolutely great with her customer service expertise and helpful on so many levels, I then had the luxury of meeting Kevin Douglas who is the co-founder and owner of Radical Diesel. Kevin Best interests is about taking care of his customers first and not just wanting to sell product. He asks the right questions, listens to what the customer wants, then provides his feed back based on the info provided. Gives you options and explains things clearly. He understands his wheel house and understands the importance of what his customers need. Since then I have updated my entire suspension at the fraction of the costs based on other shops in Calgary. From there I decided to do other upgrades such as a delete system on my truck and through out that process he sold me what I needed based on my driving requirements. Again other shops in town don‘t follow these business practises with listening and educating there customers. With all this said the shop has been very supportive with any questions or small issues that have come up, that shows me that they again back up what they say and do not pass you off. Just recently I had small issue with some warranty work that was done at a local Dodge Dealership and to cut through the red tape because I was not getting any answers I contacted the shop, again helpful with solving my issue in no time with having the ability to talk to there mechanic who knows my truck to dicuss my issues “ BIG THANKS TO TRAVIS” who went out on a road test with me to figure things out and in no time problem resolved. There is no shop in Calgary that does that. It reaffirms that Kevin coaches and teaches his staff that customer service is number 1. Thanks Radical Diesel for your honesty and great service. You guys are #1 in my books.

They seem to charge you for what ever they possibly can! Installation prices are very high. New break pads front only with new calipers will cost shy of $1000! They just lost a customer! Been going there for quite a few times and each time I’m noticing extra cost occurrences. Can’t help but feeling taking advantage of. Not going back ever!

Spent about 45 mins speaking with Darius in regards to a long list of upgrades I am looking to have completed on my F350 which includes tires, rims, body work, suspension components. Darius was a little reluctant at first to offer any help but eventually came around.

After our long chat, and recording everything I was looking for he gave me his business card and said he would have a quote to me in a few days.

Couple weeks later, I had still not heard back so I gave them a call. The lady I spoke with said he was busy and he would get back to me.

Couple weeks later still haven’t t heard. Called back once again and was told he was still busy. Took my name, number once again and said they would get back to me.

Waited another week and decided to give Kevin (owner) a quick call. I was provided with his voice mail. Left him a brief message with what type of experience I had received.

Still waiting for a call back.

I’ll bring my $20k in business elsewhere.

Great job all! Brought our Coachmen 31ft motorhome here for a new engine. They brought the brand new engine in, installed it, and we got it back and running and it is awesome all in 4 business days!

Purchased a fully optioned Thuren Fox 2.0 Kit from Radical for my 3rd Gen Ram.
Prices were nearly identical to US Distributors such as Thuren Direct or CJC Offroad (remember to take into account the USD exchange rate, GST, duty, and shipping). Full rear leaf packs are extremely heavy and shipping is costly.
Would highly recommend buying any Thuren or Carli components from here. I know I'll be back for a set of Carli Ball Joints.

Very wise with the time they spend on vehicles to help save the customer money.

Had them do a check up on a 92 Toyota Surf. After taking it home i was not able to start my truck (never a problem before taking it here) i had called them a bunch of times over the next couple weeks and just got told they would call back soon.a fuse that they checked was left unplugged after being mangled by pliers. The fuse has a bolt through the bottom that wasnt put back together. Check out Tonys auto repair or Krave if you want good work. After ignoring me for weeks they finally said they cant help with any work on a Hilux Surf.

Great place awesome customer service. Darian hooked me up nicely, 100% recomend if you have a deisel truck. Very knowledgeable staff easy to talk too

Radical Diesel recently installed a diesel heater into my Sprinter campervan along with a list of other things. They were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. I probably asked a million and one questions and they always gave me the time of day. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and how fast they turned around my van after I added a few jobs to their to do list after they had booked me in. I will definitely be back in the future. Thanks team!
