Amazing staff that explained all the procedures before and during them. I'm thankful for the empathy the ladies had there in regards to my health concerns!

Terrible. Went for a prenatal ultrasound and because it was “just a quick appointment” they didn’t allow my husband in. I said “well I’d like him to come in anyways”. Nope. Had to go in alone. As someone who has past trauma with miscarriage this was completely unacceptable and I don’t care if it was a 5 minute, 15 or 45 minute appointment there is no reason I should be denied having my spouse OR a support person in that room with me. I’ll never come back here. Having a baby should be a positive, uplifting experience. For the radiology business to make it less than that is not ok. I’d also like to add, I didn’t get to take home any pictures of the baby either.

Sometimes we forget to acknowledge/thank employees who do their jobs efficiently - Radiology is a good example. Needing 2 different procedures done, I was accommodated by having them done back to back, so 1 visit instead of 2. A reminder for the booking the day before, was appreciated. From Reception to navigating around this large facility was helpful. I found everything so well organized, all the procedures were explained and questions answered. Thank you.

Very fast and efficient. Was on time for my appointment. Actually took longer driving there and back home than the actual appointment.

Receptionist was shockingly rude. They answered the phone and said, loudly enough the entire waiting room could hear, “well I don’t know when we can get you in, I don’t know the future do I? ” to whomever was on the other end of the phone. Even a modicum of respect would have improved the situation “I understand the frustration and we will do our best to get you in as soon as we can, ” instead of the snarky comment.

Additionally, why can’t family members stay with the patient while they have their procedure? They are going through a difficult time already, they are in pain, and some are terrified of needles on top of that, is there a particular reason we need to subject them to that alone? If there is - it was not communicated to me.

Edit to add: the doctors were lovely and made the experience a little bit better.

Terrible experience just a few days ago, I went for my 3rd cortisone/steroid injection in my ankle. The first "tech" admitted he didn't do many and proceeded to attempt several times until he himself called another tech, by this time I was in excruciating pain and had to tell them to quit. 5 separate injection sights and not one in the actual correct spot. Lost a day of work so I could go to my pediatrist to be sure their incompetency was recorded and there wasn't any further damage. Of course report that was sent to my doctor had no mention of the struggle they encountered, or any reason for the simple procedure not to have been completed. I also found the intake lady to be not very into her job, she seemed much more peasant as I watched her in the back waiting area speaking with a doctor/tech. DO BETTER!

2021, they forgot about me and I was 45 minutes late leaving and late for work. Today again I was forgotten and waited half an hour for my appointment after complaining. They apologized for the miscommunication. This happened twice!

I've had some good experiences here but being un able to walk and get around due to the long wait times for injections is ridiculous. It's bad enough it's YEARS to get it for an MRI but when they know what's wrong and just decided to push it off is messed up. Our health care system is a complete joke. Looking at blowing a ton of money to go to the states for proper care. Thanks anyways.
