Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport

The hotel's lobby was beautiful. The rooms also looked great and had great features such as a sofa and showers with multiple heads for different water pressures. The restaurant was really good. The staff were really nice and were able to give us a room when we had missed our connecting flight. The hotel was also really close to the airport.

I’m so disappointed with the service that I received from this hotel. The staff were not welcoming and not hospitable. They don’t communicate well with their guests and it seemed like some staff just want to stand and answer the guests with only yes or no answer and doesn’t even offer any extra mile service. When they picked me up at the airport, the driver/front desk who I believe who was working night shift on that day doesn’t seem to want to assist me with my luggages and not even welcoming and didn’t introduced himself. RUDE. The breakfast buffet was okay, the server did not even offer water or coffee and did not even instructed us how the breakfast buffet works, they just let their guests sit and removed the plates and expect us to hand them tips? The pancake and french toast were COLD and the fruits seem not fresh. The housekeeping just knocked the door and I answered and didn’t even hear that I needed service, so I went out to look for her and told her again that I needed service. With the front desk, I asked that I want the shuttle to the airport at 8AM the day before my check out and on my last day, I came down with my luggages and I didn’t know that the shuttle already left to the airport. I asked the front desk where the shuttle was, she said that it already left and I should’ve waited at the lobby before 8AM because the shuttle leaves at 8AM and the next pick up is at 9AM, which I was not informed when I asked them about their shuttle service. I was so disappointed up to my last day at the hotel because of these hotel staff that doesn’t care about their guests. There was also one morning and I called the front desk and asked about the breakfast menu of their buffet and the front desk just told me to come down and checked the buffet, the front desk should know what foods are in the buffet, given that there’s not even a lot of choices. Some staff are just very lazy and needed a job thats why they’re there.it seems that they just clocked in, stand and pretended to work. The management should’ve handle these because there’s a lot of miscommunication and the staff really need training about hospitality industry. Do not book your next vacation in this hotel. O DP NOT RECOMMEND! So disappointing!

Radisson Hotel provided my family with amazing services and comfort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Their housekeeping staff were amazing, specially kuldeep she is very helpful

From the very start, meeting with Sherilynn (Sales Manager) to arrange a special evening for my team to the day of the event every detail down to the menu and ambiance of the room Sherilynn delivered above and beyond.

On the day of the event I was introduced to Rahul the Executive Chef and Tanya to ensure I had a point of contact throughout the night ensuring that all our needs were looked after.
During the event the food and set uo was completed right in time allowing the team to enjoy a DELICIOUS meal with soo many options. Door was in point and hot and perfect!
Service inside of the hall was attentive with Mi NGO and Tanya checking in on us and making sure all needs were met including Ragu making sure if additional items were required.

The night ended with my team loving the the extra touches the Radisson team put together from the banquet room, to the service, quality of food prepared by Anu, to the care taken by Ragu for dining experience of my team to Tanya and Mi making sure all guests were cared for, ensuring a most wonderful evening!

Then Off to the rest/bar where we met with Diane who was fast, friendly and experienced in making cocktails for everyone to enjoy to close off the night!

The team at the Radisson is known for a consistent experience ensuring quality, at a reasonable and competitive price, with the highest of standard in service, food quality and accommodation to host a team event like ours or both a meeting followed by a dinner or lunch!

I would recommend this team anytime and will be back again!

Situated in a serene, quiet & beautiful environment, close to the airport for easy catching your flight.

Very disappointing experience. Hotel itself was fine but the desk clerk turned the one night stay into a huge headache. Our Westjet flight was canceled so they put us up at the Radisson free of charge with $90 worth of meal vouchers. When checking in you forward Westjets email with the meal vouchers to the front desk, have your meal charged to your room and when you check out they refund your credit card the amount of the meal vouchers. This is what the desk clerk told me. Well they FORGOT to refund the vouchers so a couple days later I called to remind them. They said it was too late, the vouchers are only good for 24 hours. Too bad, it was my problem. Very poor attitude for something that was entirely their fault. Really disappointed Radisson.

Worst customer service, wont be staying here again. Charging double when they said they processed & returned your refund. Which was a lie. Deny you a refund receipt of your Money back of damage deposit. Asked for a manager's help & still told refund was issued when Visa says the amount was posted & still no refund.

Booking was easy which was a relief since it was made at the last minute. We just missed the shuttle and had to wait but that was no problem, it arrived on time as we were told it would. The front desk clerk was polite, professional, and recognized us from the phone conversation. Our room was lovely. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The bar and grill did not disappoint. We had the Fish & Chips but exchanged the chips for the truffle fries. It was well worth the extra. In addition we had the Thai Curry. It tasted even better than it looks. I wanted seconds. Due to an early morning flight we checked out at 5am. That’s where things became interesting. The smoke alarms went off. People just don’t take the safety serious enough. Some guest quickly evacuated while others took showers and packed first. My only complaint was as people came down to the lobby half asleep, scared, pissed, and confused the hotel staff said nothing. They didn’t ask everyone to be patient, stay calm, or offer any form of communication. Communication was left up to the guest who told the less logical guest not to return to their rooms until the alert was lifted. Other than that it was a great experience and I would return.

We held a conference here and the banquet staff and hotel staff were fantastic! The food was amazing and the portions were large. They did a fantastic job accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Radisson to recharge after a long drive from Edmonton before catching our flight the next morning. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Our room, although labeled as a queen room, seemed more like a double; however, for our brief stay, it didn't affect our experience negatively.

The tidy room and ample parking added to the convenience, and being so close to the airport was a major plus. Overall, a great choice for a quick stopover, and we'd gladly return for future travels.

This place is exceptionally amazing, services are really great, All the staffs are amazing, shoutout to Manish for you kind and humble gesture. Such a nice and cozy environment of the hotel. Definitely recomment if you are visiting calgary!
