My daughter and I had a pedicure today.
The nail techs were amazing, they did an awesome job!
Unfortunately the chairs are no longer massage or recline and it was very quiet no calming music to relax, which was disappointing.
I have lower back issues and after 1/2 hour sitting it was very uncomfortable. (my appointment was 1 1/2

I went with my daughter and daughter in law to do the entire day spa package. I’ve never experienced so much joy, felt like a princess, everyone so kind, thoughtful wanting to make our day special. The owner came and met us making a us feel special. Very considerate man. I so would do this again. You might think it was pricy but we received all. Body scrub, body wrap, massage, facial, pedicure/manicure, hair washed cut and styled. A glass of wine for lunch and a filling lunch. I’m so amazed at it all.

I went to a different salon the day before and they completely butchered my hair. I went to the rain salon to go get it fixed and they did an amazing job! They completely fixed my hair and gave me many discounts! I fully recommend this salon for hair colouring and they have amazing costumer service

Booked in a pedicure with my mom. We had Rachel and she was lovely! Very gentle and did a fantastic job! The gel polish was applied smoothly without any bumps or sharp edges. The place was clean and very friendly! 10/10 would highly recommend! We will come back.

One of my students from LABRADOR visited this salon on the long weekend. English is not his first language and he had been having a really great visit in Edmonton for the first time with a group of students and staff from our school. He saw a hairdryer and thought it was $40. When he got to the cash, it was $440 and he was too shy to say he didn't want to buy it. His teacher chaperone went back with him the following day to return it, and was told by the worker who called the OWNER that they would not do a return. They offered him an EXCHANGE or CREDIT. He lives in Labrador, on the other side of the country. This was his spending money for a big trip. He's a CHILD. I am so upset on his behalf. I think that this is a horrible way to run a business and that you should be ashamed of yourself for basically robbing a CHILD. I understand that policies exist, but this was a bad call on your behalf. This CHILD would not have been able to do other things on this trip of a lifetime because you would not let him return an unopened, unused product that cost $440. We teach our students about kindness and to be understanding and compassionate, and then they go out into the world and encounter people like you. Shame on you.

My daughter, husband and I went here for pedicures and they were amazing! The spa is clean, atmosphere so relaxing and staff very professional and friendly. We will definitely be back! I can’t wait to try some other spa services.

I was here recently for a staff wellness day. The service here was fantastic. The space was very clean and all the staff were super friendly. The owner stopped by during our pedicure to see how everything was going and he was super friendly as well. Would definitely go again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good relaxing day or a nice haircut.

Did not regret having a haircut here! I love how friendly and accommodating the staff is and would highly recommend Evet<3 She taught me a lot of tips on how to take care of my hair and she's such a life saver!

Levi is the absolute best! My hair has never looked so good. She is truly a hair magician! She coloured my hair just like the picture I showed her and keeps it nice and healthy. She is also so fun to hang out with! 1000/10

I got a great haircut and color my hairstylist Jessica is great at her job super friendly.

Went in and was treated like a king. We all got pedicures and they took care of us from start to finish. Great place! Would recommend!

I wish I could give negative stars, this was worst hair experience I have had. I went in to get balayage for clarification and it was done by one the more supposedly experienced hairdressers. First off I was quoted a price after my consultation and I understand it might go up a little up, but I got up charged 200$ from quote! There was a bunch of hidden fees and stuff I was charged for that I did not ask for. Another thing was the experience it self was terrible, when they were dying my hair lots of the hair product was going all over the floor and on me/my clothes (very messy). Last thing that was awful is they didn’t even blow dry my hair or curl it afterwards, said it be “extra”.

I’ve been coming here since I was 5, never failed to disappoint! The staff will treat you with kindness, they feel like family. If you’re ever in Edmonton I highly recommend!

I visited Rain Salon & Spa last weekend. I had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed their Soothe Package. It was the best massage and facial I've ever had. Rachel was fantastic! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. I'll definitely be going back!

Andrea did the most amazing reverse balayage on me. She is the sweetest stylist and so professional!

Great experience from start to finish. Booked pedicures for myself and my two daughters. Friendly, personable and professional team at Rain. Just the pampering we needed. Owner went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We will return on our next visit to West Edmonton Mall. We highly recommend the pedicures after days of walking around the mall.

As a newcomer to Edmonton, Canada I was worried about my first haircut. My hair stylist Rahmat was amazing!
The salon accepted me as a walk in, gave me a great consult and really listened to the style we where creating.
My stylist gave me a top class hair cut that made me feel like a supermodel for the day.
At times I forgot I was in a hairdressers it felt like a spa!
All staff here are very professional, very well trained and give only top level hair care and advice. They also have a store of products to help you reach that dream style!
I will be back again! 10/10

I’ve been going Rain since it opened, I love it there. I’ve had my hair done by many stylists here and it always is great! I had highlights and cut today, Jess turned my dingy orange blonde into a beautiful shade of blonde with warm accents. It’s gorgeous! Had some great conversations and not that we are supposed to talk politics lol… but… Ali for mayor! Thank you Jess and Ali! It was a great experience as always:)

Everyone was so welcoming and kind and the services I received were so great. I've never really done the whole spa thing before and was kinda nervous, but it was just so lovely and totally worth it.
