Tried to look into buying a new truck as I previously purchased one from these guys last year I brought my old one in for appraisal never herd nothing for a few days then get a call from the salesmen just telling me that they did not want to make a deal after running numbers which ok what ever so I go to another dealer in town looked at similar priced/ equipped truck within an hour and half had appraisal and estimated monthly payments decide to go ahead with the deal they sent me to finance where I was notified that ford had already ran a credit check on me which I had no idea they did as far as I new I just wanted an estimate just like the other dealer had done before proceeding to check my credit. Found this very unprofessional and shady even if they did not want to make a deal with me to run someone credit without consent or any sort of notice is bad business in my book did not appreciate the way I was treated not sure why I was treat in such a way nor was I given any real explanation as to why.

Rainbow Ford continues to be an excellent dealership; they are always our first choice for purchasing vehicles. All staff are very personable and John and Barry continue to go above and beyond for our family as we move through each stage of life. Thank you both for helping our family with our latest purchase!

Both the sales team and service team went above and beyond this past month.

Buying a car is never fun with my mind frequently visiting the "what's the catch" section of the mind, but both Jason and Barry were very informative and honest about the deal and financing term laid before me. One month later and I'm losing no sleep over the deal and there's a much prettier and efficient car next to my older jalopy.

As per my Jalopy, I decided to take it into their service team to replace the worn older tires with newer ones, a service that could be done at any shop in rocky and not usually a point of praise, but this is the first shop I've been to that went above and beyond.the serviceable joints were greased, new valve stems installed all around, rim beads cleaned so im no longer losing 3psi a day. The team also showed me warn suspension components that I should look into replacing over the summer which is really helpful.

All in all.a much better experience than I thought I was going to have with both departments so thank you. Will see you guys soon for further work on the old car until it too needs to be replaced.

I got an email from ford after my service was done, asking for a review rating. I did not leave a good review at first, but just hours after my review lennis the service Manger contacted me to make things right and talk about my experience there. I have bought 2 vehicles from there and always used the service department and will continue to go there in the future

I went to Rainbow Ford by accident looking for a truck that wasn't there. Since Rainbow Ford does such good work for the ROAR Society and community, I really wanted to give them my business.
