Jeff is so great and their set up is really nice. Lots of different options for your dog, at different prices. If you live in Chestermere or Calgary NE, it's a convenient location.

There are no words to express how much we appreciated finding a place like this to leave our fur family. Our dog is a very large Akita who has major separation anxiety and leaving him for 10 days was making me sick to my stomach worrying about how he would be and where we could leave him that he would be comfortable and happy. This place is the best kept facility all around we have ever seen. Without question you can tell how much the animals are cared for and the grounds are so well taken care of. The second we got to rainbow pet care centre our worries faded and meeting Jeff they were beyond gone and we were happy to leave our dog there. When we picked him up he was happy to see us but still wanted to be around Jeff too and that says a lot. I wish this place was closer to where we live is all I can say I would change! It was worth the drive we highly recommend.

Rainbow pet care centre in my opinion was fantastic. We bring our black lab there all the time and every time she comes home, tired and so happy. We have left her there for a total of 10 days for a vacation in the past and we couldn’t trust them more.

Booked their private bark park recently and was incredibly disappointed in the lack of maintenance. I understand that it's the owners responsibility to pick up after their dogs, but if they did not do this, I believe it would be the facility's responsibility to ensure its cleaned and ready for their next client. You could tell the poo has been there for a very long time. There's also tons of gopher holes and gopher poop littered all over the floor. The only nice thing I enjoyed was the agility tent.

After looking into a few different kennels online, Rainbow Pet Care Centre sounded like the best option for our dog, Gus. Gus is a rescue with some behavioural quirks - he has a lot of anxiety, doesn't trust new people, and he loves to play with dogs, but doesn't always get along with them all. I really wanted to find a kennel that would be understanding of Gus' needs as the last thing I wanted was for Gus to leave a kennel more anxious or get into a fight.
When we dropped Gus off, staff recognized how to best interact with him in order to minimize his fear of new humans. When we picked Gus up he seemed so happy and calm! We were told he thrived at the kennel, played so great with all the dogs, and even warmed up well to staff.
Rainbow Pet Care Centre have a good understanding of dog behaviour, are accepting of dog's individual needs, and do their best to ensure the doggos have a great time!
It really eases our minds knowing we can drop him off there again and he will be happy and well taken care of! Gus will definitely be back!:)

Fantastic place to board a dog. Very nice open air compound. Excellent people looking after the dogs.

They are the best place to look after your dog while you are away. They are kind and loving. They really care about your dog.

Jeff has been absolutely amazing with my Presa Canario. I struggled to find someone confident to handle him until I met Jeff. I recommend him all the time and drive far out of my way as the service is amazing and I have never found anyone who compares.
