Had Raintech perform some work on my property, their crew on site was great, very professional and knowledgable. Dealing with their office via email was a pain for getting the work lined up, it was needlessly time consuming. Would recommend calling them instead of their Request a Service form on their website.

Great place, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of inventory in house, everything you are looking for.

THE most amazing irrigation company of ALL TIME! I had called for quotes which including taking out the old system. The old contractor put in a Home Depot B-Hive and charged me for a professional install.
Raintech was highly recommended by a friend, but I still did more research. I did my research and asked around. I asked home builders and friends. Raintech came highly recommended. Let me tell you I felt like a princess! From start to the end, they were SO professional SO amazing SO polite and such great service.
- Quote explanation with brochures and websites of the equipment and system. Excellent communication and answering my ten thousand questions from first point of contact. Great first impression.
- Install, they reseeded all the grass and the cleanup on site is immaculate. The pipes and hose are well hidden. They moved patio pavers to dig a trench for all the pipes, the other contractor left it all a mess. The prior trash system is gone.
My quote included:
- post install Wi-Fi set up
- 2 week follow up
- winterization and spring set up
My neighbor is also very particular and hired them too as I sent them over to quote BUT we had not discussed who each other had come to quote or who we chose. Coincidence that we both felt the same. During the install the neighbor on the other side was so impressed he asked to see them too.
The other quotes I had told me
- they had to rip up the entire deck and or concrete ha-ha ya ok
- no show
- 2x more for less
I honestly am so happy I chose Raintech. The team arrives in professional trucks filled with equipment, all dressed in uniform. They team was SO polite, so efficient and helpful. I had no trust issues with them in and out of the house to access the water lines for testing. They sent a plumber before hand and his work was also IMMACULATE. They pulled all the city permits, line identification and whatever they needed. The prior contractor did not do ANY of this. I had no idea I needed a permit. The access is also easy for them to service it anytime required and very well hidden in the yard. They took extra care in the aesthetic of where the boxes would go. A family-owned business for 40 years. I learned my lesson on trusting people and being nice from the start.

Raintech technician Michael attended a service call at our home today. He was on time and very pleasant! He fixed our problem and more! He found and fixed a issue we didnt realize we had but it could have ended up being a bigger issue if he hadnt. Highly recommend him and Raintech!

Went there on May 27 and I cannot express how good the service is. Was helped right away and was even given instructions on how to adjust the sprinkler heads I got.

I had a great experience at Rain Tech getting the guidance I needed as a DIY homeowner doing a few small repairs to my irrigation system. All I did was buy parts but they gave me good advice and tips. The only issue I have with Rain Tech is that the return window for parts or supplies is only 10 days. I am stuck with some items that I don't need as the irrigation repair was over 10 days from the date of purchase. Not a big deal but I do find 10 days to do returns is insufficient. I don't recall being told the return window was 10 days but to be fair to Rain Tech, they did circle it on the invoice. 30 days to return supplies seems reasonable.

Amit was professional and honest, unlike two of the competitors that came out to my home. The cost was competitive but their service was terrific, both prior to and after the installation. Highly recommend Raintech to anyone looking for irrigation services.

I had Raintech install a sprinkler system and I have to say that the work and communication were excellent and professional. I am very pleased with the final result.

I purchased one of the do it yourself irrigation systems last summer. Was extremely happy with the service they provided to go over the steps of setting it up. Anytime I had questions they were answered extremely quickly. Would highly recommend either purchasing the so it yourself or hiring them to install. Either are great options!

From the first phone contact to the service call, Raintech was helpful, patient, and efficient. A friendly person at reception made sure I had a timely appointement and followed up with a reminder.
