Thanks to all the great reviews I decided to call this location and I can honestly say I am thankful I did. I just recently made my first ever atv purchase which was a Polaris Ranger to help my aging in-laws on their ranch. I dealt with Drew and had nothing but a terrific experience from the first phone conversation until his follow up call after our purchase. There was no up-sale and a ton of understanding and paitence regarding our unique situation. Sometimes it is the little things that make all the difference and Drew checked off every box in that category. He even offered to let me use the company trailer to haul our new atv! I do have one complaint and that is the cool technique Drew showed us about securing up our tie-down straps, I can't replicate! Based on what we have experienced thus far I have no doubt we will be taken care of should anything go wrong with our unit. I highly recommend Rainy Creek. It is 100% worth the drive.

My 2013 RZR which I had just bought used blew up on me and wouldn't move at all. This was particularly concerning because I was going to Mexico in 2 weeks and taking it with me! I called around and nobody could help me in that time frame until I talked to Charles who said bring it in. They fixed the problems with the belt and found all my wheel bearings were badly worn and 2 ball joints as well as front drive shaft had 2 worn out universal joints. All repairs performed in just over a week and unit runs great now!
I'm glad I didn't end up in Mexico with these worn parts. I loved the fact that Charles sent me videos of my defective parts before removing them so I could see how badly worn they were. Big thanks to the staff at Rainey Creek Powersports.

Until now, I have never purchased a new unit from them but know numerous people that have. I had an older machine that no other shops could figure out what was wrong with it? Rainy Creek went above and beyond to make sure that they fixed the issue! They also stock a lot of parts and accessories. The service is why I chose to purchase my new machines from Rainy Creek. After meeting their very professional and knowledgeable sales person, Amber. I knew I made the right choice. The short drive to Eckville is well worth it!

Rainey Creek offers outstanding customer service. It is always so nice when the phone is answered by a person instead of an automated message, when you walk through the door we were greeted with a smile and immediately offered help. We live very close to another Polaris dealership but prefer to drive 45 minutes to a business that has staff that know all about customer service. Amazing dealership, would strongly recommend to people looking for a new machine or service work.

Drew, Charles & the team members were TOP NOTCH, picked up a used rzr from them. It had a few hiccups as it being used. They had no issues working out the kinks as soon as they could on their dime, thanks a lot guys! & you’ll be seeing more of me
